THE LATEST WARNING

I was unlucky enough to join their trial inadvertently when subscribing for another website (it came as an additional offer). They have never let me in with my username/password, and in three days were already curious about availability of funds on my bank account. To stop them from charging me 38+ euros I had to cancel my card in addition to canceling with them.

Sleep Assault now seems be a part of Perv Network when you click on the link above it takes you to the network it even says powered by elite pass which also has negative reviews like this one.
it also has a bunch of other sites. The site itself wasn't bad it had lots of good videos but the company was bad. there are sites that have great pictures and videos but the company who runs it is no good. there was also a discovery health special call strange sex and it mentioned something called sex somnia or sleep sex wikipedia even mentions it.

I did the stupid misstake not to check all the text when I signed a site. Of course there was "those sistersites" or what ever they are called that I got signed for. Received emails from them saying that unless cancelled in 2 days my credit card will be billed with 39.97 dollars. The other sites were easy to cancel but not AllElitePass. It was impossible to cancel... Never called though 'cause I live in Europe and imagine calling (which I suppose would ended in several calls) them would be expensive in the end.

So I simply cancelled my credit card.
Sucks, but I think I get less problems that way.
Learning the hard way! ;-)

It is a mystery that site can still exist when reading all negative comments. Giving almost no possibility to cancel membership makes it a fraud inmy eyes!

I got my money back by threatening a lawsuit. I screamed at the billing company by phone and told them exactly what I thought of them. They ignored me even though I sent email after email. I then told them on the phone I was going to charge them back. Then I followed up with four emails telling them I had hired a lawyer. They reversed the charges. The dishonest cannot afford chargebacks as they cause more problems than they can live with. If this happened to you, don't give up.

I've done a few ultra cheapie trials in the last year without problems but all of those have been done with reputable sites and/or billing processors. I mostly posted this as a warning for newbies or casual porn users since the potential problems are less obvious than with some other sites.

Sounds like a wise decision to avoid the hassles that seem to go with this site. You do have, however, with a US credit card, the right to dispute any wrongful charges from anywhere on your card.

A billing service with too many complaints is no longer allowed to use Mastercard, Visa, etc., just like a person with a poor credit rating.

Generally $1 trials lead to disasters, especially if they then lead to expensive memberships. Not using a big name billing company often means that the big ones won't do business with them. Even without someone posting a warning on PU, I would stay away. Sites like this have burned me in that past. My comment about allelitepass is the reason I joined PU.

Possible Warning

I was seriously considering a quick join on this site since they're currently offering a $1, 3 day full access trial and the newer content looks pretty good. However, a little investigation put the brakes on that. First, the website uses it's own billing system that I've never heard of before. Second, while they advertise a "customer support center" on the signup page, its nothing but an email link. Third, the parent company is based in Cyprus and I'm thinking that sending my credit card over there with no easy cancellation process is a big old red flag. Fourth, this site is also part of the AllElitePass network which has several warnings from PU members about automatic upbilling (at $40 a month) and problems with cancelling. The same parent company operates this site and the AllElitePass network. So, consider this a little public service announcement in case anyone elses eye catches this trial offer.

Dishonest website. I signed up by mistake for this website by not unclicking on the bottom of the page when joining meatmembers.com. I cancelled my trial but was billed for 39.97 for a sister website. Never got a confirmation, never had a chance to decide if I wanted the membership.

I have gone to this site since it started back in the day and took full advantage of the 3 day trial for a $1, it was great. And just recently i noticed they changed their payment company at least 5-6 times since they are no longer with epoch or ccbill. Now they are trying out betaip.com and noticed that they are now misleading their customers by saying 3 day trial for a $1 but the moment you click the payment button, at the very top of the page now says 1 day for $1. Now that is false advertisement and possibly fraud. Why change anything, it was doing fine the way it was, idoits!

I thought I was going through epoch until later I found out it was a completely different billing company called fasthelper. sometimes its best to check the sites billing company because even though TBP may say one billing company for the site you have to be aware that the site changes their billing company sometimes that is why it is best to make sure it is the right billing company.

i made a trial membership for 1$ and was billed with 1$+39,97� wether i cancelled the subscription at the day of trial membership.

i was also billed with a trial double. at first for http://allinclusivepass.com then for http://secretarysin.com which is already a site from allinclusivepass.com.

they also give you other memberships at the cancellation page which you confirm, because you don`t see them because they are written down the page and are already acitvated.

this is close to fraud!

Hey Denner, the video files I have from Teen Brazil look pretty good, the specs on the videos look better than the actual videos though. The properties on the video files I have say 720 high end 2000+ bitrate, which should be near perfect, but they aren't. I would rate the video quality maybe a 7 on a 10 scale, though the video content, the girls and action are really great. I still have every video that I downloaded from Teen Brazil, which is rare. I usually delete some or put them on DVDs, but I still have every episode on my hard drive. I remember liking the Mega Pass network, but it was mainly for the Brazil/Latina sites they have.

Pat21, I need a bit more information, It seems you can't cancel (one reason this maybe a scam/ripoff. The site is ok it is just the billing company (if you have used fasthelper)that is bad, The thing is you may need to have your card issuer close you card account and give you a new card account.

Well, with the volume of transactions that the major billing companies handle daily, I'm not surprised to hear there have been some complaints lodged. I also KNOW that some customers file complaints simply in the hope of getting free porn.

I think most folks here can attest that the major billing companies are very trustworthy. They process millions of transactions a day and I'm betting the percentage that gets messed up (with the major billing companies) is very small indeed.

You are, of course, free to use whatever standards you see fit. You should only provide billing info to companies you feel safe with.

I had already taken care of it through the bank except I never heard of fasthelper most billing sites on bestporn are either ccbill or epoch/paycom. and unfortunately even though I and other people using bestporn have have not had any trouble with these billing sites, except that according to ripoff report a consumer website there have been a lot of complaints about these billing companies ripping off and scamming people. just google either ccbill or epoch/paycom and you will soon see their main site and unfortunately a site called ripoff report saying that someone complained that the billing company ripped them off. The people at BestPorn should check this out, just google ripoff report and look for ccbill, epoch/paycom or any other billing site on bestporn they even talked of reporting these billing companies to the FBI. I have seen the ripoff report complaints about these billing companies years before and most of forgot about until across it recently looking for a billing company I mean just google the name of a billing company and you will see on the first page of the google search a ripoff report complaint saying they are crooks, the complaints seemed to have been going on for years.
Does any on PornUsers or Bestporn know about these ripoff report complaints or had problems with these billing companies.

When I joined inclusive pass through epoch I forgot to uncheck the extra trail sites that they let you test and the thing is I found out that one of them is a scam site. I googled the billing company for one of them and ripoff report mentioned it being a scam site.

I've kept my membership up here for 3 months now. I actually got a decent piece of spam mail from these guys offering access to their sites for $10 per month recurring, so I've kept it up for a while. I noticed last time I logged in a banner reading "Rewards for our Loyal Members - Get College Fuck Fest DVD's for Free!" Click on the banner and it takes you to a page where you can enter your info to get 5 (yes five!) CFF DVD's for free. I haven't filled it out (hey after 3 months I've really only given them $30 so I feel kinda guilty!), but I figured it's a worthwhile tip that others might find useful.
