Great site

This site is well worth a visit it has a vast selection of movies and loads of bonus sites , the only gripe I have is that some of the files are very large but apart from that its great.

As far as I've heard, usually in such cases courts are VERY reluctant to upheld these conditions :-), so it's mostly a weapon of frightening customers who're going to complain. Still, whenever I notice such conditions, I feel that such guys are trying to cheat me, so why I should do business with them, especially if there is a choice?

That would indeed be wise :-) Though you might be surprised the terms and conditions you have inadvertently agreed to in the past. Sometimes it requires as little acknowledgment as taking the document into your possession. Trains were covering all kinds of crazy conditions by just printing them very small on the train ticket and stating that by taking the ticket you agreed to the conditions. I think in the end they got in trouble for that, but it worked for a while, lol

My understanding this is a completely different thing. The question as I read it was about sites out there, not about sites one cares to join (which means pre-selection process, especially for PU users). I think poll results confirm my interpretation too (I don't think that somebody was mistreated by 75% of the sites he joined).

Yes, and you should note that there were several sites I've considered "probably ethical but definitely not worth to join", so it's not about liking or disliking free area, but an estimate of chances of them lying in free area (if garbage site doesn't promise anything, it's ok, but if it says they have daily updates, it's suspicious). About terms and conditions, I didn't say these guys are necessarily unethical, but outrageous terms and conditions make me quite suspicious, so I wrote "unethical: unclear" for them. Sure this whole exercise is all about personal interpretation, but I hope mine isn't too far out :-).

asmith. I understand what you're doing but doesn't it make more sense to give us your experiences with five or ten sites you've actually joined? I believe that's the point of the poll. Besides, if there is disclosure of elements in the site that you may not like in the free area or the terms and conditions, isn't that ethical business practice? I think it is.

You're right, but on the other hand everything has it's limits. I'm reading documents I'm signing VERY carefully, and I'm sure that if my bank would write "we reserve the right to charge you for excessive inquiries at our sole discretion", I wouldn't be a client of that bank :-).

I don't usually read the Terms and Conditions but I'll bet this isn't all that uncommon. In business in general it is common practice to reserve as many rights as you can think of with no concern as to if it will or will not hold up in the court of law. If you had it written down in the first place it can do nothing other than help you. So they write it down and hope for the best. If you check the policies of many companies outside this industry you'll find the same thing. The company I work for reserves everything excluding possibly enslaving your offspring to pay off debts incurred. Though we might have an addendum that covers that.

In addition, The Company reserves the right to charge the Client reasonable fees and recover its expenses on account of Credit Backs, Charge Backs, or excessive customer inquiries." - have anybody seen anything like this? These guys seem to reserve the right to charge members as much as they wish, at their sole discretion.

Random Site comment

This comment has been inspired by poll of May 15, 2008 on
http://www.pornusers.com/browse_polls.html . For this purpose, I've took 10 completely random sites to see if there are chances they're "unethical".

Ok, here goes the price of reviewing RANDOM sites :-(. But to maintain experiment as clean as possible I shouldn't avoid even as filthy stuff as this is (sorry guys who love it, it's not my cup of... oh, forget it).

Review of non-member area of the site is easy: there is only one page, so there isn't that much to see, but there is a movie on this page, so it isn't that uninformative after all. There are very few promises on this page, so there aren't much things to break (except for content being filthy enough, which is somewhat confirmed by sample WMV), but there is one interesting thing there in their "Terms and Conditions" (http://www.nolimitweb.nl/terms.htm , see my other comment to this site for a quote). I have no idea if some provisions was EVER used by them, or if similar conditions are present for any of the other sites, but this is IMHO nothing short of outrageous (they seem to reserve the right to charge members at the site discretion).

Bottom line: not only content is filthy, Terms and Conditions are not less filthy and I would stay away from sites with such Terms and Conditions at any cost.

It's not so complicate, just a necessary consistency.

And as I also list all the pro / cons I see, and also why I give such a rate, everybody can consider about.

The further explanations do make it clearer why you would rate this a better than average site but, at least to me, you seem to contradict yourself a bit. In your original review you said it was repetitive: "the "screennplay" is really too repetitive : fucking, fucking and fucking". Now you're mentioning at least some variety, with lesbian and solo scenes.

I guess it's just a case of differing opinions when it comes to what makes a site rate higher. To me, even daily updates of women I find attractive will grow stale very quickly when there's very little "chemistry", as you put it. If too many of the models on a site are doing the same thing as the next, I don't know that I could put that site in the excellent category. A good example would be my re-review of ifeelmyself.com. It still has it's charm to me because they update daily and it's still very amateurish, but it's becoming so... damn... repetitive. Kind of like if I were eating roast beef sandwiches everyday for a month - I think I'd start to hate roast beef.

Why I gave a 90 ?
It's very easy to understand : at mature.nl, the models look really like amateurs mature models.
With all other mature sites, the models have a monotonous looking.

Just take a look at allover30.com, for instance, to see what they will offer for the 2 next weeks....

And silicone chemistry, for one half of the models.

The videos are always with the same screenplay : a boring interview, and after this, 3 videos with a dildo, lying for 10 minutes on her back.

2 or 3 stagged crapelos, and : "Next One".....

Totally boring.

At least, at mature.nl, there are a little of lesbian show, and some good ones solo show.

And the most part of the models are not looking like a Playmate being past her prime.

The best could be a site with the AbbyWinters.com chemistry, and models from 40 to 60.
THis surely will come, but it's a dream, now.

If I've read you right, you've compared this site to other mature sites, they seemed popular, so that somehow means this site deserves a high rating? I'm just not too clear why you would give a site a 90 when you find it so boring, repetitive and lackluster.

Also, unless you join only sites with models, like MetArt or Femjoy, or masturbation or lesbian sites, I think you'll be sadly disappointed with most sites you might have a look at - I think it'd be safe to say that most hardcore sites will have at LEAST one guy for every woman.

I have logged into my mature.nl account a few minutes ago. The speed was ok for browsing and dowloading. I would say the speed is average. Not fast but not noticeable slow in a way that downloading starts to be a pain
