Good first review, I like creampie sites too. Keep them coming, I'd like to see your take on other sites in this niche. I would say next time to give another thought at the rating. Anything above 90 should be best of the class/flawless. The 80-89 range should be where this falls in your review. Difficulty cancelling a subscription is a major flaw in that customer service should be the most important thing with companies you trust with a lot of money. Having to do more than just click "unsubscribe" to a site is a major problem and not fitting of a 90-99 range site.

It is scheduled for a re-check.

The way it works is this ...
When you guys post a notice, I forward it to the folks on the TBP side of the house. It is then re-scheduled for a trial sign-up. The results of what they find are then used to update the listing.

So, I'd look for the listing to be updated w/in a few days if all goes w/out a hitch.

I assure you, the initial report wasn't ignored. We take user reports *very* seriously and make every attempt to keep our listings up-to-date.

Unfortunately, it looks like this one slipped through the cracks. For that, I apologize.

One thing to keep in mind is that trials are very dynamic as a rule. A site can offer a full trial one day and the next, have the trial limited. A week later they may have no trial and a week after than be back to a full trial.

As I say, we do all we can to keep the listings accurate and really appreciate when users let us know when a site has changed.

Again, sorry for any inconvenience.

There is a good trial search functionality at TBP but it needs to be un-biased and updated with correct info, why not take PU users remarks seriously and at least check with the company?

This company has other negative remarks for their other sites so I would avoid joining any of their sites until cleared up.

The information about this site is incorrect. If you join the Trial, it will not give full access. It only gives access to download one part of each video, which is not even a quarter of each movie, for the trial cost and if you want the rest of the movie you have to sign up as a full member.

Also hard to cancel the account, their membership support is very amateur, almost seems like it's one guy running it all. There is no option to cancel yourself what i found, instead you have to email the support and see if they read it in time to cancel before the Trial membership is up. I managed to contact them and was able to close my account in time, but it took a while to do it so watch out.

Again, not sure if that's what you're looking for but might be a good place to start.

I'm having the same problem! These guys are seriously scamming here. I have no way to cancel, i can't even find the number, and im not sure what else i can really do. I don't feel like going to my bank about it. I'm still in the 3 day trial but email says either "forbidden" or "cannot be found" when you send a request. When i put in my info, no matter what combination of it it also says the same thing.
uscue, do you have the number still or know where you found yours? they may have removed it from their site.

This site is a scam for sure. I had the same problem, made me very angry. Did some research, seems they outsource billing to make it very difficult to find out where to cancel your membership. It also seems this is done on purpose. Their in-house member service is obviously intended to be a joke at your expense. The picture of the telephone operator on the support home page says it all. Again, these guys are trying to screw you. Also, they tried to bill me several times for things I did not purchase and repeated my monthly billing cycle to early. DO NOT JOIN THIS SITE.
I did find a site to cancel with however. If you google search "netbilling cancellation" (no "") one of your top three hits should be the netbilling cancellation self-service page. Do not type "netbilling.com" into your browser because it will take you to netbilling's home page which is difficult to navigate and is not intended for member cancellation purposes. At any rate, fill in your information and it should pull up your account. It worked for me anyway. Here is the link, not sure if it will work.

I like the idea of a "CIA covet" operation, it definitely has Biblical implications ... sort of what canceling might be like here. This one caught my eye because it has a 3 day trial which is usually enough time to cancel. If this offer is still around in a week or two I might test the waters after digging through the fine print on the sign-up page and confirming that they use a reliable billing processor.

Is "Free Trial" Really Worth It?

I just noticed that this site and a few others in the network are listed as having a "free" 3 day full access trial. Noticing the monthly rate is an outrageous $40 I'm not exactly leaping on the bandwagon to test drive the trial in case something happens ... free usually translates something bad when it comes to porn trials. Just wondering if anyone has given this one a spin on the freebie?

(Postscript): I went through the sign up process to see what the deal was on this. Apparently in order to cancel you have to send an email to someone with your sign up info in order to cancel. No promises of speedy replies or any confirmation of your cancellation exist. Billing is through a nonstandard 3rd party processing agent. My vote is to take a pass on this unless you like to gamble.

Sign up problems

I wanted to sign up in full and to skip the 3 day trial, given the limited nature of the trial period. I could not see an option to sign up in full, so I entered my details, including my card. My card was not accepted - I figured no big deal as I was redirected to another page which offered another opportunity to enter my details. Success! Only when I checked my email, it was for a totally different site! Then when I went to the cream help page and tried to submit an email to ask what the heck is going on, it would not submit. I'm now deeply suspicious of this site and I'm worried I've been ripped off..... We shall see when I next check my bank balance.....

I take it from your comment that the billing company was neither CCBill nor Epoch. Reputable websites usually use these two. Disreputable sites get kicked off and have to use other billing companies. If you see something like Jettis Int, that should be a red flag. I am sure not all sites that use second tier billing sites are a problem, but this is not a good sign. Another red flag here is a free trial. Nothing is really free. The explanation is yet another red flag. The monthly rate is $39.95. Now they have an incentive to not cancel the "free" trial. Yet another red flag is prechecked cross sells. While not disreputable, it is a sign that the site is not looking out for their members, but for their own bottom line. BEWARE!

Phone call did the trick, although I never got the email confirmation that the person told me so I called back the next day to double check. Finally got the email confirmation that I cancelled after the scheduled re-bill date but I am happy to say that I wasn't rebilled. Why wait so long to send the confirmation email and make me sweat it out?

Regardless, never doing business with this company again. Hey TBP, maybe you can start including in your reviews the ease/difficulties of cancellation with sites. If they visit and start seeing that your reviews warn customers about their practice, maybe they'll all make it easier. Never any problems with Ccbill or epoch companies though.

I just tried that site but no luck. I actually called the number on their website and the customer service rep told me that she cancelled my account and I should get a confirmation email, but that was seven hours ago and I still haven't gotten the confirmation email so I'm guessing that didn't happen. I'm going to call again tomorrow and record the conversation because this is just ridiculous. I've never had a problem like this in the 30 or so sites I've ever been a member to.

Obviously you all have to look into it and see what happens when you work with them, but I honestly believe this network has intentions to cheat people out of their money. Why else is it so difficult to try to cancel a membership? And why else does their cancellation page not work?

Cancellation Fraud

WARNING: The online cancellation and their support page do not work. When attempting to cancel an account, after inputting my information it says that it cannot locate member information. Then attempt to go to the support page and cancel there...same problem. On the support page there is a spot to email customer service (via their in-browser email option, no email address is given). I fill in my information (surprise, surprise - one of the options for subject is Cancelling Problems) and after clicking send, I get an error page saying I do not have permission to use this form.

What?!? Next up is to call the number which I've never had to do and see what happens next. This site is obviously completely into fraud. Luckily I was smart enough to check for the cross-sales on the sign up page (which there were two pre-checked cross sales that would end up costing $60 if you don't catch it).

Pornusers/Khan/TBP, please add this to your blacklist section as one of the networks that you refuse to do business with because what I have to go through to cancel an account is not normal business practices. They hope that you give up and believe that you don't have an account like it tells you so that they can continue to charge you.

One final warning sign I forgot to mention: the support page has a disclaimer stating that there has been an increase in fraud recently, but states that it is user fraud and not fraud done by the websites. Typical.

Ass-to-Mouth (ATM) is another fetish along the lines of the various aggressive submissive / domination role-play gonzo sex style that has made certain studios, both state side and abroad. "Unclean Practice" - at home, yes you are probably right. Do I like watching ATM's? Actually I would be one of those freaks - yes, lol. Not a big surprise to people who have read my German Goo Girls review, I'm sure. I don't know that I've explained the appeal of ATMs exactly. It lies definitely in the fantasy realm for me. It is something I wouldn't necessarily try, but the very taboo nature of it, combined with its domination/submission characteristics, make it fascinating. Half of me saying "holy hell! She is actually sucking that! I wouldn't!" and the other half saying "Damn. That's hot...".

I wish I could really pin down a specific nature of the act that appeals. Not my taste either - it will be interesting to see who, if anybody will step up to declare "I love this stuff!" - but as someone that was going to adult theaters in the late 70's, I've got to say that while porn has gotten more extreme in some ways, especially the emphasis on "ass", it has also gotten more tame. When I first went to adult theaters, it seemed like 2 requirements for every feature were:

1) a little girl scene - frequently incest-themed and
2) a rape scene - and not a "she really wanted it but played like she didn't" scene either

Perhaps with the legal crackdown in some areas, the extremity in others is the consequence.

Fair Play JD, I see your point. Along with more liberal standards will come the more extreme stretching of standards.

I reckon that this sort of site will disappear because of lack of customers, and I guess thats the best way to be.

Therefore I tend not to worry about the more distasteful stuff, since we can all exercise choice.
