No full trial

The trial membership just lets you download the first video in a series of about 7, and only the first page out of 3 with fotos is visible. To see more you are required to upgrade for $39,95. Furthermore I have the impression that the number of videos is for all of their sites and not per site.

After an hour or so I started looking for a way to cancel the membership. The only thing I can find is by sending an email on the epersonalsupport site. However when I try that I get a 403 error. So its uncertain how to cancel. In the end I send a reply mail to the confirmation and that worked to end the trial period.

The site itself looked ok but I found it a little small.

My advice, for what it's worth - unless you would be too embarassed to do so, follow the procedure with your credit card company to challenge the charges. Let them know that you had signed up for a 3-day trial, had cancelled within that period (any e-mails that you can produce would be helpful) and ask them to reverse the incorrect charges. Most credit card companies are willing to charge back in these types of circumstances.

And a site that operates unethically and has a high number or percentage of such chargebacks is in great danger of being cut off by their credit card processor(s), so don't let them get away with it.

I would have to think that whichever company actually charged your card would be able to help even if they "aren't dealing with that site" any longer. Regardless, sorry you got jipped and I hope you get it sorted out.

Avoid site!

I signed up with this site about a month ago, going for a three-day trial. Even though I cancelled within the three-day trial period, I was charged the full amount. What's more, when I complained by logging on to their Customer Support page, you get three options of three different support companies, all of which told me that they're not dealing with 'Dudes in Uniform'. To this day I'm stuck with a subscription to a site that's not even worth a penny, with no clue as to how to rid myself of it! In other words: this site is fraudulent. Avoid it!
