I Really thought this website was pretty good (when download was available), but i do agree on the major lack of new hd content, seem like its the same ones from months ago. I was also bummed that you couldnt download any videos, was some real good ones in the hd category plus im not a big streaming fan.

They have changed the site around now it does not even mention downloads now. I joined the site and emailed them asking why i could not download and they said because it was exclusive content. Even though it says you could download "WMV and MP4". I was quite upset all that coin for a streaming website, of-course I did not get a response when i asked for a refund. I think the site is a total waste of $29.95 myself.

please note you cannot download any videos from this site.
even though it states it on the website, there is no downloads at all. you can only stream and there has only been one update within the last week.

My subscription was processed by netbilling and there seems to be no online facility for unsubscribing. Apparently you need to call the payment handler by phone.

Definitely a huge negative in my book

Yes I realize that the one I gave as an example of the third set is from July, which is well before November 5th, but every movie I see added to the site shows only AVI XviD as the downloadable format, and AVI XviD is not H.264. Usually H.264 is an MP4 file.
I dont have membership to VideosZ right now to check this, but from the tour page I can not confirm this claim by VideosZ.

Maybe the streamed vids are 640x480? I don't qualify that as 640x480 video availability since flash streams are not "meant" to be downloaded. Don't know, never viewed a flash stream on VideosZ.

Excellent review - very thorough. The cons to me sound rather annoying, so I'll probably give this one a miss. When it had DRM it was a definite no no, but it still sounds like it could do with some improvement.

Well, Ten.com has been around for a long time. Archive.org pegs them back to 2000 (they have page stored from 1997, but the first evidence that I see that it became a porn site was in 2000). And considering they have been making considerable leaps (e.g. removing DRM) I don't see why they won't exist for a while longer.

A lifetime membership for $175 fee sounds like a great deal. My major question would be: how long does a lifetime last? Some of these porn sites go out of business after a few years, or stop updating their material. So who knows how long Ten.com will be around?

I just saw the review from TBP and visited the site. They are now advertising that you can keep movies for life! That means NO DRM! Considering that this site has a TBP discount and adds 4 movies per day, I think that it is time to reconsider joining!

DRM Protection is such a stupendous negative that IMHO, 20 points should be automatically deducted, like when a figure skater goes into a jump and falls on her face. I wouldn't even hack into a DRM site (if I even knew how to do such a thing). BOYCOTT DRM sites until this onerous practice ceases.
