It's much worse over at Rabbitreviews. All you need to do is post a name and email addy with your comment and rating there. The site was 91/100 there the last time I looked.

Since it appears that people are doing this to get a freebie that members already have access to, they're likely not truthful about the status of their membership, as stated in their reviews.

Thanks for pointing that out. My first suspicion was that this was JAB's cousins promoting his site, but I guess it's worse than that. I hope this concept gets nipped in the bud soon as the legitimate reviews are getting flooded out by these 'fake' ones. Should the PU staff consider de-listing JAB Comix for this tactic?

And if JAB Comix thinks it could really push sites like ALS Scan, Met Art and Videobox out of the top ten here then I suspect that they're delusional. Is anyone here a member of rabbitsreviews? Are they getting spammed too?

Good catch. Looking at their forum, it looks like they are encouraging non-members to submit reviews since this JABloid is already available to paying members.

In the forum thread where they announce the new JABloid for members, they say:

If you're not currently a member, you have a chance to see the JABloid for free by submitting a good review for us at the following review sites. More details on our home page at: ...

We would appreciate it if existing members submit their reviews and comments as well: ...

On the other hand, JAB (the author of the sites' comics) has been around for a long long time. I remember his cartoon parodies from more than 10 years ago.

Considering that none of the reviews we've seen so far will count toward the ranking, that's a pretty dumb promotion. The other review site that was mentioned is also being spammed even worse than this one, mostly because posting comments is less involved.

I was a little suspicious when the second one appeared. At least karl was honest about his reason for doing it and I checked out the forum. The site is still updating but it's usually with just one page from one of the comics or maybe some art work. If you like the content than it's worth a one time membership but I can't see too many people remaining long term members.

I have noticed there have been a lot of new users joining and rating the site high. I thought I'd have a look at their website to see if I could figure out why and I found this:

"Submit a good review for us at the following sites and if we get ranked in the top 10 of each site we'll release a free version of the JABloid in our free guest area!"

of course pornusers.com is listed as one of the sites.

There's information on uploads in the forum, it updates at least once every week. The forum itself is free but to view the updates you have to be a member. I myself haven't been a member for a long long time but in a year or so the new content will be enough to validate another membership.

Where exactly did you find those frequent updates? That site has almost no updates and hasn't had too many in the last few years. I know because I checked his most recent stuff and there are only a couple of new comics since the last time I was a member and we're talkaing about 2 yrs ago.

You won't find this style anywhere else because as far as I know he only draws comics for his own site. I joined it a few years ago and it wasn't bad but it's only worth a one time visit because he hasn't done too much updating since the last time I was a member.

I've been a member of a couple of other comic sites but all of them are reposotory of other artist work. Let me know if you'd like some suggestions.

Saw some of the comics/ impressions

I promise a review soon, but until then some impressions

I saw some of the work done by Jab, after the whole Warner Brothers scandal/ lawsuit and the Ay Papi series were really good. The girls looked a lot like each other but they were well drawn and the whole dialogue/ plot/ character design was very arousing (if you like cartoons and drawn sex...)
