Rubbish

Rubbish site. Rubbish quality. Rubbish download speeds.The movie cutter option does not always work and many files are corrupted. Yes, it's cheap but it should be. Video quality is well below the competition. Do yourself a favour and check out 21st Century.

First Impressions

I joined this site yesterday, first thing I notice is that there has only been one update since July (That was on 11th November). So it's a small site with only fifteen videos, there's an excellent 1280x720 resolution available for these videos though.

Of the videos I've seen so far, one of them was pretty much ruined by the location chosen where the girls had to have sex on top of a bar, which just looked incredibly awkward. The other three I've seen had more normal locations, but the action has been pretty average so far. It's really nice that they've gone for a slower approach with the sex, but the scenes are just too short (12-18 minutes) to have a remotely "realistic" feel to them. With such short videos I would much prefer that the girls, after making out, would each take a turn going down on the other and then end scene, rather than the current arbitrary change of positions every other minute.

Agree - was a member a few times in "the old days"...
But browsed through it recently - and skipped it - now I see it was for a good reason.
Once they had some of the best latin-stuff around - a couple of socalled Brazil-sites - they're gone now.
I first found Vivi Fernandez here - still got those three videos of her from the site - the best latin-stuff ever.
They also skipped some fine euro-sites..
Well, I take this as another good warning and will not join again.

Deal breaker for membership

Based on reviews and comments posted here and at TBP I considered taking out a membership to Vixeo. I browsed through it and found something that is a deal breaker for me. It seems easy enough to find specific videos, and the stars are listed at the top of the page for each video, but the scenes themselves don't list the star and don't give any classification for the scene. Other sites, for example, will tell you who the star is in the scene and give some details, like saying that the scene is anal. While they appear to have decent stuff, the inability to quickly sort scenes is enough to keep me away. If I'm looking for Sasha Grey anal scenes, for example and search "Sasha Grey" I'll get a list of every video she's in on the site, but I then have to find the specific scene in each video and unless I DL and watch it I have no way of knowing if it is anal or not.

The movies do increase in total, yes. But not at the rate you would expect from all of these sites.

It has been a long time since I was a member of Adultbouncer. I have a question about the updates: you said that the sites would get recycled in multiple categories, but what about the movies themselves? Do the number of movies increase in total across all Adultbouncer sites?

I just checked and I am seeing the $14.95 special price.

Typically, when a user doesn't see the special price it's a cookie issue. If you'll dump your cookie(s) for that site and revisit directly from a link at TBP/PU, you'll see the special price.

Sometimes, you may have to also dump your temporary Internet files.

But again, the special price IS still showing.

I've noticed that the discounted price thru TBP of 14.99 no
longer exists. Membership is now just standard 29.99.

Ok, both me and the TBP editor just checked and the TBP discount appears to be working. It's possible you'll need to clear your cache to see the discount. Just clear the cache and revisit from a TBP or PornUser link and when you get to the actual JOIN page, you'll see the option of 14.95 for 30 day offered.

If you use the TBP discounts, I believe that Vixeo and VideoBox are the same price. Just a heads-up.

I am currently a happy member of VB, too. I tried Vixeo for a while, but I found that VB just has more movies that I like, more updates, and a friendlier interface. I ended up canceling the Vixeo and just sticking with VB.

I don't want to tempt you with a 3rd DVD site, but I found that I liked PornstarXS better than Vixeo.
