Well done site

I've been a member of this site off and on for over 10 years and absolutely love it! The bdsm players are real, not models pretending.

I'd like to see more feature films with extensive story lines. They do these periodically, but I'd love to see more of these.

I've been a member of just about every bdsm site there is and nothing even comes close to Wasteland. Keep it up!

Actually, the email link for customer service, cancellations and tech support is clearly displayed on the join form, the terms and conditions page, in the membership confirmation email sent out upon joining, and in the customer service area inside the members area. We also have links to netbilling's self-service area in which you can cancel.

We aim to please, but please be kind and look before posting to the boards. The email links are right next to the phone number...;-)

Thanks for the feedback on this. I absolutely hate sites that add extra hurdles to cancel. Ridiculous.

Not that great, Very hard to cancle site willnot join again Phoenixgrp.com no E mail must Phone to cancle and be charged! DONOT recomend. Goodluck.
