You're welcome, I was very impressed. Reading back the review, I put too much emphasis on the negatives, as it is my favourite network. I was a member for four months, which is the longest ever membership for me. Usually it's one month, or occasionally two.

One pro I forgot to mention (after taking over three months to do the review) is the streaming goes automatically into the next segment rather than stopping at the end. I liked that, as you could basically start at any part of the video and watch to the end.

Cheers Wittyguy. Like you, I have been busy and not able to spend a lot of time here lately. At least it stops me becoming jaded. This review has been in my files for the last three months, or at least the notes have. It takes hours to put it all together. Like many of the regulars here, I take pride in doing as good a job as possible.

Being named manager of the English Football Team, and outed as PU contributor, especially with my tastes, would give the tabloids a field day. I am going to have to work on my tax evasion first to stand a chance. At least we have an excuse for losing to the Lithuanians, in advance.

Hi rearadmiral, it's actually simpler than that. You can download everything your heart desires when you are a member. The way it works is that every day you are a member you get a certain amount of credits that you can use to buy scenes once you NO LONGER SUBSCRIBE to the site. Access to 21Sextury/Sextreme is for life, so as long as you remember your password and username you can always go into the member section, look at scenes of interest and download them with your accumulated points. My problem came in because the process seemed unnecessarily complicated, but after having finally caught on on how things work I successfully downloaded three scenes with my points yesterday. :-)

Crap. Just as I was thinking about joining this site another confusing wrinkle gets added. I've avoided it in the past because of the confusing billing scheme, but that seems to be resolved. but what's this issue with credits? If I join the site can I actually download scenes or do I need to buy/earn credits to do that?

I wish this site would stop being overly complex!

Okay, here's the latest, Pat, directed also at Rusty and the Cap'n. When I read your reply I figured it was probably only for those who were still subscribed. But, to make sure, I just went back to check things out again and clicked on the video I wanted.

The message was: "Watch Now" with another message underneath: "Take Now." Something I hadn't noticed originally.

I clicked on the "Take now" and the streaming player opened .. I panicked because I didn't want to waste my credits on watching the movie and only noticed, just when I was about to shut things down, that the segments of the video were listed underneath the player and that I could indeed download the whole video. So, my apologies for inadvertently misleading you guys. But as the Cap'n said, they could make things a bit less complicated!

I have a current membership to 21sextury and have over a 1000 points accumulated and I just downloaded to my computer the tiffany doll scene from teach me fisting. The way I do it is that I pick which scene I want and I click on the green banner where they tell you if you have enough credit to buy the scene and from there you cxan choose to download the scene to your computer and the type of video file you want to download.

To me it looks as if (with your bonus points) they store it on their site and you can look at it in perpetuity without charge, But when it comes to downloading it to your HD, forget it. Check under your favorites menu. I think they should end up there once you've opened them with credits. To me they are exactly like the other scenes that come with my subscription after I've paid with the exception that they supposedly stay open for you even after quitting your subscription.

I guess I should have paid more attention to what the bonus points for past and present membership actually get you. I had enough credits accumulated to download two, three videos (I thought) and just found out that the bonus points are for "streaming only." I am sure everyone else is aware of this, but I've always been impatient when it comes to the small details, so, to me, the points are now wasted and another reason not to re-subscribe. I mean, if I see a scene by Blue Angel or Faye Reagan or some other hottie I don't just want to watch the video for twenty minutes, I want to own it!!

I wonder how many of you see this as a genuine, valuable bonus? And I won't get mad at you if you like streaming just fine! I am asking from idle curiosity.

P.S. See my reply to Pat (Feb.07) on how the whole thing finally resolved itself. With my apologies to 21Sextreme.

About 30 minutes ago I received a new password that works.

Until the problem arose, I had access to both sites because I have been a continuous member since before the two sites were split.

The issue is that I am now blocked from the entire 21Sextury network. Hopefully the just posted response from Sandstone, the webmaster, means the problem is temporary. I'm optimistic this problem will be corrected because, until this incident, the support function has been quite good and timely.

Hello Monahan,

You are totally right about your complain and our deepest apology for the sudden drop of support speed. For a short period of time we had a bit of reorganization at our hand which kept us busy. Not to mention that - as usual - we struggled with numbers on the support department at the worst possible time (isn't that typical? :) )

Either way, now everything is back to normal, and we're working on the slightly piled up tickets with full speed. Though it may take a day or two to fully restore the balance, we will make sure to compensate everyone for the possibly lost time.

Please accept our apologies again, and everyone who might be involved.

I'm not completely sure what your problem was. Did you have access to both networks prior to the recent changes? I know you now have to join both networks seperately if you want to get access to the complete content whcih was different in the past. I know because I have a 21sextury membership. Mind you that's not a huge problem for me because there is very little 21 sextreme content that interests me and since they now have the reward system then I simply use my points to buy the 21sextreme scens that I want.

Unfortunate News About 21Sextury Customer Support

Three months ago I reported here how rapidly the Customer Support staff at 21Sextury responded to an issue. I love the content of their site and have been a member for a long time and their response to my issue was outstanding.

Unfortunately their Support function appears to have changed.

Suddenly, and with no warning, my access to the main site, 21Sextury, was locked right after the last monthly billing was processed. I now have access only to 21Sextreme.

Although I sent an email and submitted three customer support tickets, there has been no response of any kind other than acknowledgements that they have received my tickets, nor has there been any correction of the issue.

I am posting this comment here because I'm interested in finding out if others are also experiencing the same problems with the Customer Support function at 21Sextury.

Yes, we're working on it. The full archives of TeachMeFisting are under remastering, and so are a number of 21sClassics. A list with the exact filenames has been published on 21s's club (page 8 if I remember right).

BTW, Sandstone - something that came up later on: Of course the video re-editing is a long and probably slow process when we think about the amount here - even going back to that one single HC-vid with Eve Angel in the bathroom - or the great vids of Dana/Vera..ect..

BUT: Like Rusty J - I was not able to find any links at the "Fanclub" section - to those lists.....

Another BTW: I'm overwhelmed by the great download-speed (best around) - but mostly it takes quite some time to browse the sites, the search??

Hello Denner,

Yes, this video enhancement is an ongoing, but quite slow process. The content team is constantly on it, but it still takes a lot of time. They usually re-edit 50 or so videos in each month, but there is still around 2000 sets to go. Definitely will take some time.

When there is a reasonable number of upgraded videos, there is usually news posted about it in the 'Fanclub' section (21Sextury Classics... today you have to go back to the 8th page to find the latest list, but there will be a new upcoming sometimes soon).

Sorry it takes that long, but I hope it will worth the time to wait.

According to the amount of reviews, comments ect. for this generally fine network - and at a fair price - a lot of PU have joined this over the years - and like me - quite a few probably several times.

So I just joined again - and no regrets.
But one thing on my mind is reediting of older vids - I joined this time primarily to pick up some of those great vids from 2004-2007/8 that I missed or deleted by mistake long ago.

Anybody here have any knowledge of plans at the network to make some of those old vids into better viewing quality????
The question - of course - includes the webmasters...

I've checked into the matter, as promised. The situation looks like this:

In the past, we indeed used this video, but because of some issues, it has been removed from the site (something with the pictures and stuff). You were very prompt with download, that's why it is in your collection (in a way, you had a rarity for a time :) ).

Now, that the pictures were repaired, the whole set got to be uploaded again. I would say download the pictures again, but the video is indeed the same.

Sorry for the confusion it may have caused to anyone. We try to keep these mistakes at the minimum.

Noticed that today's update prompted overwrite of an old scene I had archived. Could be a mistake but you never know.

I'd rather see you guys skip updates when no new material instead of recycling. It's just confusing and misleading and everyone will notice sooner or later.

First of all we don't have any hidden agenda. We don't limit neither the amount you download, nor the speed which you can download with. We don't use DRM and we don't restrict our members in any ways.
The reason you experience such a thing is very likely originated from your next issue, namely the IP changes.

It is not a manual thing we do. Believe me, we don't pick members and mess with them, or accuse them on any ways. Our aim is to make our members happy and satisfied.
The mails you get are coming from our security protocol, something which exist to serve the safety of the accounts of the countless members. Unfortunately, in some cases the IP address changes regularly, and if you log from session to session from different IP addresses (it often happens with wireless connection, with some proxies, and a few Internet provider, such as AOL, also directs their customers' net traffic in such a way), our protocol changes your password and send you the new one... just to be sure your access hasn't been compromised.

The significant majority of our customers will never experience such a problem, but unfortunately we cannot put the security of countless accounts into risk for the few uncomfortable occasions.

Nevertheless, we are really sorry for this inconvenience. Be so kind, Porndog, and open a ticket if you find the time, we will try to find out a solution to help you or compensate you in one way or another.

I've not had a content issue so I can't respond from experience. My problem was accessing some of their sites. I thought it was a problem I may have caused but when I couldn't fix it I emailed them with an almost immediate response that they'd fixed it.

Monahan count yourself lucky. I've never even gotten a reply on any problem I've submitted. They always go completely ignored. The only reply I ever got was in response to a negative comment I posted here. It didn't really help any. There was one particular video that was linked to the wrong thing on their website, something you see too frequently with older content, and I've reported it at least 4 or 5 times over a year and a half and it's never been fixed. I pretty much gave up on reporting anything since they NEVER respond and seem as if they couldn't care less about content issues when it isn't brand new content.

The content overall is great but if you find something that doesn't work don't bother reporting it because you'll be ignored and it will NEVER get fixed.

10$ after a vew months so keeping both membership really equals the price of almost any other site on the net.

LOL. I feel the same about 21Sextury so I don't take offense, Rusty. When they were still one I very seldom visited the sites that are now exclusively 21Sextury's because I found them too bland, yet uncomfortable at the same time. Of course, anyone who prefers cute, young teenies would call me crazy. But as I mentioned in another place, at my age a preference for Sophie Moone over a more mature woman would be almost creepy. I like 21Sextreme's niche contents just fine ... it's the updates and their lack of quality that drive me crazy! There are only a handful of sites that upgrade in true HD .. but then I've mentioned that already!

I wouldn't be very suprised to some changes with those 2 networks sometime next year. I don't know if they are going to be able to get many new members for 21sextreme and I think they will keep on losing some.

I'm a long term member of 21sextury and I use their credit system to buy 21sextreme scenes that I like. Can you believe that I have only bought one scene since they came up with the credit system.

I must say I don't understand their decision to split. 21Sextreme gets so little good content compared to 21Sextury that I don't really see it attractive choice of subscription. A random mix of fetishes rarely works for many. For me there's only one or two sites on this side that I care for at all and many that I must block because I cannot look at those old ladies (sorry, no offence).

Well, this site is sure taking a hit at the moment, CT. I remember being a member of Lusty Grandmas (one of the groups offered here) a long time before HD was even mentioned, and the quality was very good even at 640x480px. It could easily be watched full screen with amazing clarity. Lusty Grandmas is still around and updates once a week in Super HD and their quality is still very good.

However, I am very upset about many of the other updates that, according to their specifications, should also be very good (even though they are not HD) ... but aren't. The picture is blurred and crappy, the colors are washed out, lighting is off on far too many of them which only leaves a small handful of good quality HD updates a week.

Take away the niches that aren't of great interest to you and you will find yourself with two, possibly three updates, a week that appeal to you. Not much for the money, not even at a reduced rate unless you subscribe for the first time. :-(
