The answer to this question is The Best Porn and all the other review sites that rate Matt's Models so highly, review hundreds if not *thousands* of sites. That's their JOB.

They've seen the good, the bad, the rip offs, fraud and everything under the sun. They know they're business. They have an unbiased perspective.

They rate Matt's Models comparatively & objectively to the entire scope of adult pay sites on the net.

They don't base their reviews on a handful of sites they might have joined, a technical problem, personal taste, or the temperament of the owner :)

but we generally DO get a download issue
support ticket once or twice a month.

That's one or two issues
out of hundreds of thousands
of downloads a month.

99 times out of a 100
the problem is a user error
or a misunderstanding on how
to right-click for a download.

I was a member more than a year ago. I contacted Matt that I had trouble downloading many of the videos. When he answered me more than a week later, his answer was that he would check into it. More than two weeks later, no reply and my membership expired. The few videos I did download were a complete waste.

It wasnt.
It was a slow day, and if there ever is a problem, our hosts, servers page/text us wherever we are, no matter what time of day or night. All systems normal yesterday and not a SINGLE complaint from anybody but YOU...who instead of writing support posted your BS remark here publically.

So. It was either operator error (YOU), somewhere between your IP address and US or you're a flat our liar.

Theres a simple way to determine where the problem lies by doing a trace route from your computer. All you have to do is GOOGLE "How to do a trace route? and Im sure you can now sit around all day long looking for a moment my servers are unreachable.

Im just following rule #3 "Reply Rules" of the PU board:

3. Point out any incorrect facts.

and your "facts" are for some reason consistantly wrong.

Im quite sure if I add up all of yours and send to Rick, you wont be posting here any more Chief.

Hey pornmaster, thanks for the comments. Wow, having to turn down girls that want to be photographed naked, what a cool problem to have! Sounds like Matt has quite the fantasy life.

So you're the site manager? Wow, another cool job.

I don't know if it's possible, but one thing I would recommend to improve the site would be to remaster the old content. I was impressed to see so many models in their "just starting out" phase, and not that I was expecting alot, but was disappointed to see the small images and videos. Of course, 3 or 4 years ago, it would have been awesome, but after being spoiled by so many high end sites and HD quality, the old stuff has a hard time competing.

On the technical side, the site is well organized performs well, nice job!

As stated a million times. I wrote his and several other critiques based on what I felt about the site. I made them IRT the solo videos only. If matt were to look I did say positive things about most of the site but did leave it open for there own interpretation by stating I only watch the solo videos ...I dont look at pictures or girl/boy...girl/girl videos.
Although there are hundreds of website out there. There are only a handful (at best) that have a schedualed and/or consistent turn arround of models. Comparing your site (which has a good turn arround of models) to nearly all of the other sites is irrelevant. Thats like saying a Ford is a better car then a Lambroghini because they sell more of them.

Like I said Im sorry if it hurts Matts feelings. I made an offer to him that would have totally cleared the air.....just one video of the hundreds he has made.
I do realize its an amature site. But normally thats to describe the models...not the staff and from what I have seen here the management.

I also tried to sooth him down by letting him know I have directly sent at least 100 people to his site just for the chantelle video. But he consistantly threw a fit about the fact that I posted something I feel is true on a site that was made for criticism. The fact still remains that there were a lot of people that agreed with me on his forum about the videos.
It seems to me he feels this is a personal attack. IT isnt. Or that Im trying to hurt his business...Im not. In my very first post in his forum. I just offerd some suggestions that may improve the solo videos. I will always feel the same about the suggestions.

Wow matt, bad day? Im sorry but you have it all wrong. As I said from the original post on your forum. Im am trying to offer suggestions and help. I would like to see your company successful.

The truth is your video work isnt that great to say the least. You dont know how to shoot a solo video and no matter how many times you do it, it doesnt seem to be improving.
You move camera and positioning way too much.
Shooting style backwords.
Thumping arround when moving with the camera.
Its more like youre just trying to get it over with.
Nothing personal. Like I have always told you. Camera people usually dont make good video people.

Of course things are going good for your company. Youre one of the few amature porn sites that have regular updates of models. (although it didnt appear so when I joined previously, 1 solo model for the month). I just think improving it (or trying) will make you and your company all the more sucessful.

(Douggie comes on here to try get my goat...and apparently he thinks TBP, PU and his own comments have some effect on the success of adult websites)

Apparently you dont care about what your paying patrons think. The fact is the internet is still pretty much in its infancy. Have I ever belonged to a site for more then a year...a few of them. Was I personally satisifed with there contact....for the most part ..no.

You may not know this. But I have referred a lot (probably hundreds) of people to your site. For one single video. Chantelles video. (Im sure you remember me mentioning that before). I think its one of the best solo videos out there.

Some background on Douggie. Douggie was a member of MattsModels for who knows how long? We had a forum and Douggie would write rediculous comments often. I'm still here - at TBP and PU - because this place - or both - helps a lot in searching for new (and better) sites. And to give and get feedback is essential!!! (Not to mention some fine chats with some great PUs)

But, man - when you look at the comments from PU's about this site I do not understand Matt's Models still have over 90.

Pics too big for screen. The first I have heard someone complain about resolution being too high. Use a resizing program, solve all these issues. Others of us with high res monitor like the larger pictures!

I must agree with the fast stripping though...slow it down a bit. Add more pictures if you have to. Lead up to the prize and it will be more enjoyed. Kinda like your mouth watering as you try to open a candy bar wrapper, you know it is coming and you know it will be good, it just make you want it that much more!

Well I am only going to critique his video solos. Thats all I ever watch...not into pics, hardcore ect.

I have talked with matt about his video work in the past via his forum. He doesnt seem to be interested in my opionion and pretty much told me hes doing fine the way it is.

You can tell matt is a photo guy. He moves way too much for video. Almost to the point that its sickening to watch. I mean from frame to frame. Once he finds a good shot (which sometimes can take 1/2 the video) its only there for a sec or 2 then hes moving somewhere else....shaking ect.

He does have a lot of good solo videos. Newer concepts (for websites that is) with the introduction of the magic wand. Im glad hes not going into the sybian like a lot of others are. If he would hold his shots steady.....find good angles...good framing....stop moving shots so much..concentrate on what hes doing...instead of leaving his patrons asking "I wonder why he did that?" then he would be his proclaimed king. From a solo video standpoint that is.

All in all...still needs a lot of work on the solo videos....think its about time for him to contract out.
But is still a site I would recommend if for nothing else the chantelle video (which is probably the best solo video I have found yet). Its been sometime since I have signed up but did so lastnight. He did get some other nice shots in there....that wasnt a shot of the back of the vibrator...or a close up of the models face while shes cumming.

Excuse me? It's like saying, "Don't you know that that's the only way it should be done?" I don't see it written anywhere at PornUsers that we're always supposed to contact support about problems before we write reviews. Like it or not, that's not the only way it IS done.

And Matt asserted, with a seemingly absolute conviction, that the navigation problems were user-related. How the hell would he know that? He didn't know what kind of system and internet connection RagingBuddhist had.

Anyway, all Matt had to do was say, in a friendly tone, "Please contact us about the problems you're describing and we'll work with you." Instead, he got very belligerent and badgered the shit out of, well, one of US!

If the exchange is going to be like that out in public, how would it be privately? Friendly? Supportive? Patient? Somehow, I have doubts.

Ok, well I "ass"ume he shot digitally, and he used a 1024 save-size or maybe just used a 1 megapixel camera. SLR multi-megapixel cams were mega-bucks until recently. I doubt he shoots with film or a point and shoot.

Here, here! I don't get that 90.8 either. The folks at TBP have explained why, but you know, I still just don't get it.

I do wonder if Matt himself is reading this stuff. I've just gone through some of his exchanges with some other people who've been critical of his site. He tends to take a rather hard tone with them! He really trashed Mudman's review, for instance. I think it says a lot about the guy (Matt, I mean). Talk about having a chip on the shoulder! Whew!

I won't be rejoining it anyway. I just don't care for the one thing about it that matters most: the quality of the content. And no Matt, should you be reading this, I won't go into detail to support that statement. Wouldn't be worth my time. If you don't get it by now, what difference would it make?

The concept that Matt's "couldn't be better" is patently absurd, so getting 4 90s completely discredits EVERY ONE of TBP's reviews. They should consider what these deal's are doing to the integrity of their site. A good review site MUST be detached from doing business with the sites they are reviewing. While getting special deals for their readers is a good thing, the price they pay: the believability of their reviews, might be a bad financial move in the long run. They should learn a lesson from Rodney.

The word I used was "republish," by which I did not mean blowing up 1024s to larger sizes. (Of course that would look like crap.) What I meant was redoing the masters for online pics in larger sizes, and that's assuming that the masters would be at least 1600 if not larger.

1024s were more of the norm, I think, for awhile because sites were perhaps concerned about bandwidth, even though photo equipment was already capable of larger sizes than 1024. Thankfully, bandwidth is less of an issue now.

Some sites have done such republishing of some of their older content. Digital Desire and Mindy Vega are two I can think of off hand.

So this is a misunderstanding based on a particular interpretation of that word "republish." It's been awhile since I wrote that comment, but I did intentionally avoid using the word "resize," or, even worse, "enlarge." I didn't go into detail as I have now. I was just trying to economize on words.

And you made an assumption about what I know and don't know about digital photographs, but now I think you have a better understanding.

Honestly, friends at TBP!
I don't get it. From a users point of view - how can you guys at TBP honor this site with an average of 90,8?
The content should be in the 70...and that's better than fair...

The photos are not swell and most of the videos are just bad/average.

This is one of the FEW situations at TBP (and thank you!) where I have just a slight idea of somethings are not right.
This site is NOT worth the high points at TBP - 90,8- for me it looks like an inflation in points....
Don't you guys wonder why it's so much less among us users????

what I meant, is that you can't convert 1024 pixel photos to 1600 without stretching them. You can't add detail. So its just not a reasonable expectation. He'd have to reshoot.

First of all, not all of them are blurry and pixelated, although you're right that some of them are, and I think we'd both agree that too many are.

I've already read your review of Matts, and it really came down hard on the negative aspects of the site, which I agree with, especially the poor quality photography and videos. And I've also wondered why he hasn't learned more about it than even his recent stuff shows. His claim of being the "King of Anti-Glam" sounds to me like a cop-out on quality.

But I differ with you about the models, at least to an extent. Some of them are not very good-looking, but he's had a lot that are very hot and who have appeared on many other sites for that reason.

I'm glad you wrote that review. I think the site is overrated and needs a wakeup call.

Anyway, to answer your question, no, I don't want blurry and pilexated photos. Surprised?
