Added More Sites, Maybe Better Now?

I noticed that this 'network' added a few more sites. I tend to agree with james4096's review but maybe the addition of more sites in different niches may improve the network a bit? Plus, do all the network sites update or have some of them stopped as other sites were added. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
