I love the fact that you can find a scene with a girl you like, and maybe that scene is a hot one because it has a genre type you like, so you can then click the DVD tab and it shows you all scenes in the DVD with similar setup, outfits, type of sex and you take a look and discover a new girl you've not noticed before...invaluable.
Download speed was very good on this site. I keep running out of space on my laptop...I have downloaded 70GB in 4 days...
Quality of video has blown me away on this site...I love the fact that they probably have 5 times more than what is on the site in their vault but they have chosen to only put the quality DVDs online...every download is unbeatable...

- Updates are irregular; score dropped 5 points for going more than 2 weeks w/out an update
- Many older videos are ONLY available as streaming with no download option
- Browsing by pornstar name lists the actresses by number of scenes, not in alphabetical order; no option to make it alphabetical
- Organization issues 2: There are a number of scenes with the wrong actress listed
Bottom Line:
This studio site is quite impressive. It features a large collection of DVDs available for download. While a very few movies still have DRM issues, the majority are available to keep on your hard drive, even after your subscription ends.
The fact that the site includes access to 2 other studio sites makes it a better value. 3 studios for $30 is a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, all three studio sites suffer from a very irregular and unpredictable update schedule. Despite claiming that new DVDs appear on the website prior to their release, this was not the case. There were periods of 10 or more days without a new DVD update.
Navigation was a bit strange, as normal conventions, like alphabetical order for pornstars and movie titles, was ignored in favor of listing the number of scenes or the most downloaded movies. Not a huge issue, but it did take some getting used to.
All in all, this is a very nice site. It is good as a break from VideoBox or other DVD sites. I only wish that they would set a more predictable update schedule and/or possibly lower the price.

- More videos of hard to find actresses like Lanny Barby and Lilane Tiger. I feel like a king on here, bring me Lanny!
- 720 on the high end for the very nice looking videos
- Also have pictures that are not hi-res but are downloadable in zips
- No DRM
- Once added to ZTOD this becomes a really nice package for the price

- Still slightly below average D/L speeds
- Price will turn some away
- Total number of videos isn't that high if quanity matters to you
- Not going to find many average looking girls on here, if you're into the average looking girls, these women are almost all gorgeous, which is a pro for me
- Should have known, now that I get 20+ Lanny videos, I want more!
Bottom Line:
I'm really happy overall with this site and the Zero Tolerance site. I join the normal DVD sites about 1 time every 3-4 months and just wasn't finding as much on those as of late. Along comes these sites to bring me some holiday cheer!
This site is very similar to the Zero Tolerance site. I honestly have yet to delete a file I have downloaded from either site. I almost feel like I shoud let my membership recur for another month since I have gotten so many great DVDs for $30.
I love HD as much as the next guy, but 720 is nice, and doesn't take up near as much room on the hard drive. One thing that really stands out to me is that these girls on these sites are very believable, they are gorgeous and they come across as professionals who are entertaining us.
If nothing else, I expect to come away with 70-75 full DVDs that I will be keeping, that is amazing. They aren't that cheap at the swap meet.
This site has the pictures that are a nice addition, very good navigation on both sites, the high quality video, the breathtakingly beautiful women. I just can't find much to complain about here. It is nice not to get a bunch of clunker DVDs to sort through, everything here is good. These sites may make me look at other DVD sites differently since I usually delete about 3/4th of what I download from the more known DVD sites. Maybe I will do a study and see how much I am keeping from each, that easily could justify the price. Highly recommended!

A video site with photos as secondary
Cons:
Too much repeating log-in during browsing and download - username/password generated.
Some - or rather too many of the films (with 4-6 sets) have NO download, just stream.
Still some DRM
Not that much content
Expensive.
Bottom Line:
Even if the DRM are ALMOST gone this site or these two sites still have problems.
The worst is, that some of the better videos have no download attached even if they state, that this and this video has been downloaded a certain number of times.
Most or the content is rather great with fine quality videos. But some of it is too disorganized with wrong video downloads attached to the vid-thumbnails.
And some of the older videos still have DRM.
And quite a few of the best videos - among them a couple new ones with Sharka Blue you cannot download- and if you use Netscape to stream instead, you're fucked - it breakes down.
When I tried too use Explorer, I could not log in.
Search-machine inside is a mess: If you search for Latin, for exampel - you get some latin, some euroteens and lots of other stuff with absolutely no latins. Or if you search their genre: One-on-One, you get a whole lot of gangbang.
Bottom Line: Too much annoying trouble with this site - both of them. It's a shame cause some of the content is just great.
Try to fix it, guys....

OK-HERE'S AN UPDATE THAT'S NOT GOOD. I have been having problems with the downloads freezing. I attempted to contact them using their Support Page. I can't get that to go through either. Major problems with this site.
Bottom Line:
I signed up for ZTOD and got Third as a bonus. Nice bonus. My connection avgs 4.2mbps and my downloads from Third average 75kbps. I have had as high as 150kbps, but that is slow compared to most sites. They need to rethink the streaming(Hint:Check out Club RLD)
Great bonus with the DRM protected ZTOD and most certainly a better value if it stood alone.

I joined this site because of the reviews and everything I've seen from them has looked really good. Plus with the access to ZTOD it made the price not so bad. Unfortunately I have been having some issues with the videos playing for me in the medium quality WMV format. I usually use that format because it still looks really good but doesn't take up nearly the amount of space as the HQ clips and it doesn't take as long to download them either.
I notified them on June 26th that I was having problems with certain titles and was told they would be re-encoded. As of now the ones I informed them of are still not working and I have found even more that don't work on both Third Movies and ZTOD. I really hope the issues get fixed before my membership is up because it's a shame to pay for something and not even be able to fully use it.
Either way though, their content is great and they feature some beautiful stars, like Jenna Haze, Jenaveve Jolie and Eva Angelina to name a few. I gave them an 85 so far because I want to see if the issues get fixed and if they do then I would definitely give them a 95 score.

Over the past four days or so I have been having serious issues with downloads at the third movies network. At first, the issue was only with downloading the hi-def movies but now it's with every file. I've tried to troubleshoot the problem by disabling my DL manager, using a different web browser, etc. with no luck! Now when I click to DL my browser completely freezes up!
I'm not going to breakout in expletives here, but I am fucking pissed!!! This network has some of the highest quality movies on the net, but what good is it when you can't watch them? Really?
I've submitted several complaints over the last few days with NO response. I would ask for a refund but with the customer support at this site, what chance do I have? Oh well, I paid for a month and got about fifteen days worth of a functioning site.
Is this just an isolated case? Anyone else a member at Third having issues?
As of yesterday downloading HD quality content on the Third Movies network has slowed to a crawl. I'm currently seeing DL speeds of 100-350 kb/s, making the enormous 1GB+ files take well over an hour to complete. Also, it appears DL managers are no longer being supported. However, this slow down does not seem to affect any lesser quality file types as they remain at a speedy 1.8 - 2 mb/s.
Any other members experiencing this?
I submitted my complaint/question to customer support, but for now it's poor quality vids for me....sucks!
I like Third, Zero Tolerance and their little network of sites including: ZTOD.com, 3rd, BlackIce. I was a member for one month and I now see that a 2 day full trial is available!
It looks like all three sites are included also in the trial.
Worth checking out, I might take the opportunity to re-join for a cheap trial and download the best recent updates.

Great Site - many of the older issues seem to have been resolved
I would have written a complete review, but the others have covered almost everything, so I'll just add a couple of updates.
DRM - there are still some files that have DRM on them, but of the 100+ scenes I downloaded I only found maybe 5 that still had DRM (mostly in older videos).
DL Speed - I know that there have been a few complaints, but I don't see a problem. My average DL speed is 400kb/sec. That compares very well to Video Box, for example, where I average less than 200kb/sec.
Updates - I've been a member for less than a month, and given the number of movies already on the site it will be a while before I have to worry about that. When I do, I'm sure I'll agree with the people who complain about the lack of regular updates.
Sound issues - no one has mentioned this before, but I've found that the sound isn't in sync with the video on many of the scenes. It isn't off by much, but enough to be annoying.
Over all, this site is well organized and worth the money. Yes, I know that some have complained about the cost, but Third is an excellent studio and it is worth it. Bundled with Zero Tolerance makes it an amazing value. If Third and Zero are to your liking, you can build an impressive collection quickly.
I give full marks to studios like this who make good movies, and then make them available on the net at a reasonable price with no DRM. I only hope that this business model continues to get picked up by other studios.
Third Movies just added another site to the membership. In addition to ZTOD, you now get access to Black Ice Pass. It features mostly black actors and/or actresses and is not yet listed by TBP. Adding a third site is a good way to increase the value of this site. Way to go!
Had some dispute with the two sites: Third Movies and ZTOD (package deal) where you were not able to download some of the content - just stream. (see review)
Just went through both - and they have altered things, so it's now possible to download all content. Well, at least the stuff I tried to grab without luck earlier...
Third Movies was actively removing DRM from its videos. However, at last check, there were a few bugs in the system as some videos were offline and others still had DRM attached. Does anyone know if the process of removing DRM is complete yet?
