When I used their online help service at www.myavvhelp.com and tried again to cancel the account, the system told me it was already canceled. I used Live Support to chat with an operator and she then canceled the account. I asked her to refund the charges made after my first cancellation, and she did so. I told her that her site was dishonest, and her response was 'what do you expect when you buy porn online'!
