Pros:
A lot of content: The standard, non exclusive hard-core stuff that you find on videobox, just slightly less videos in archive and slightly less added each day.
Advanced Search Options: they have some more advanced search options that videobox doesn't have
Trial: The trial is a full trial according to others: sign up for this instead of the full membership.
Cons:
Reliability: download speed varies a lot, mostly depending on what server the video is on: sometimes downloads stop; server non-corresponding.
Speed: I personally got low speeds at most times, both with download accelarator and without.
Customer Service: No reply from customer service at all, 3 mails sent, I added the msn messenger contacts they list, but they never ere online. The webmaster, the guy on here called "PornstarXS" tried to help me at first; replied to my comment here and then replied to my mail, but then he stopped.
Content: I haven't found much stuff that I haven't seen on videobox before.
Cost: Expensive
Bottom Line:
If you have unexclusive content like Pornstar XS you can't survive with such major technical issues and non existing customer service.
Pornstar XS is just like Videobox but less content, slower, more unreliable and more expensive.
I honestly can't understand why they still exists.

Bottom Line:
I really like this site. I usually only join sites for one month and then spend the next month sorting through what I have dowmloaded, but I will definitely come back to this site later. It is a good alternative to Video Box if you want to switch up and try something new.
It is a little pricey but I felt I definitely got my moneys worth on this one. I enjoyed it more and more as the month went on.

Bottom Line:
At $14.95/month, PSXS is definitely a bargain. WMV video can be had at the size of 720x540, which fills up a screen nicely. You also have the option of downloading mpegs (512x 384). They have portable downloads as well. There is no DRM protection at this site. I don't consider that much of a + though, that should be the norm. Older videos here are smaller and broken up. As for the goods, there is some junk here, bargain basement stuff, not quite as much as Videobox IMO. They have a studio search, with many quality studios represented, you can check it out in the preview. It has Ashley Blue eating out of a peanut butter jar after some pornoville neanderthal joyfully relieves himself into it. Charming. Download speed is good if you don't download multiple files at once. You'll be better off downloading one or two at a time. If you don't have any porn on video, you'll hit the jackpot here. For more discerning collectors, try a quality mail order site.

Long scenes can be downloaded in a variety of formats; DVD quality format is outstanding.
Great price.
The downloads are pretty quick.
Lots of variety.
Cons:
Much of the content is available elsewhere.
The site isn't quite as large and doesn't have quite the variety that Videobox or even Brainpass happens to have.
I think that the search function could be a bit better.
Bottom Line:
This really is an excellent site. It's not quite up to Video Box, but it's growing. There is a lot of content on this site and much of it is available in very high resolution. I think that the variety on Video Box and even Brainpass surpasses this one. But Brainpass is a lot more expensive. This is really an excellent site for the price.

I signed up early afternoon of 3/23/09 for the 2 day trial and had full access all afternoon and evening...and into today, 3/24, until afternoon, about 24 hours.
Even though Epoch's confirmation dated 3/23/09 at 1:35pm says "Today's charge is: $3.95 for a 2 day period. Membership renews automatically at $24.95 every 1 month until canceled" I now receive a message when I try to sign on that my subscription has expired. Attempts to get an explanation from customer service at the site and at Epoch are not answered. I did not cancel and actually planned to let the trial roll right into the 1 month membership.
I'll update this comment if and when I get a response from someone at the site or from Epoch.
UPDATE 3/25/09 am (16 hours after loss of access and 12 hours after first communication attempt) - Epoch responded quickly and said that my account shows as up and active and that I need to contact the Webmaster. No reply received yet in response to three separate communications to the webmaster and website.
UPDATE 3/25/09 pm (24 hours after loss of access and 18 hours after first communication attempt) - Still no reply from either the Webmaster or the site's customer service department. In order to avoid a renewal at full rate I canceled my membership through Epoch. I really liked this site based on the short time I had access so I'm disappointed that their support function(s) is so inept and nonresponsive.
Not a member, but the tour page shows this really innovative feature. Some sites have animated GIFs which show preview images of a scene. Pornstar XS has this cool feature where you get a scrollable gallery of preview images. Not only is it for individual scenes, but under each DVD on a pornstar's page they have this feature - so it lets you avoid having to visit the DVD page to see a quick preview of the scene you want. VideoBox needs to implement this feature ASAP.
See my previous comment. These guys seem to still have serious problems with server speed. According to webmaster it is due to moving the servers but I have had my issues for a week now?
download speed is sometimes over 300kb/s, sometimes lower than 20kb/s. Mostly between 100 and 30. the file transfers are often interupted even with my download accelarator/manager.
The webmaster seems helpful; replied to my mails, but the problem with the servers remain.

I have been a member for 2 days now, planned to do the 2 day trial but signed up for a month by mistake, well well. :-)
I will do full review later but currently I am really pissed off by the ureliable servers. I have yet not been able to download a full clip. I have tried Firefox, IE, no luck. restarted my computer, no luck. I only get 15-35kb/s and then after one hour or so of download I loose contact with the server. I have also noticed problems just loadding some of their pages.
And no I don't have these problems with other sites.
I have tried to contact the "24hour" customer service but no answer on mail or msn messenger yet.
I really liked this DVD site back when I reviewed it, but I joined again recently, and noticed that they still aren't getting a lot of exclusive DVDs, but they are now charging $24.95 instead of the $14.95 that it had been when I was a member before. Just like everything else these days, charge more for less.
I just rejoined PornstarXS and was pleasantly surprised to see that the 2 daily DVD updates are posted at the same time. (Before, the 2 updates occurred 1 in the morning, 1 in the evening.) This is in comparison to VideoBox's 5 hours between movies update schedule. While it is fewer DVD's per day, I like the fact that I only have to visit once a day to get all of that day's updates instead of having to keep coming back. Since neither of these sites is ad-driven, I don't see the point in getting repeat traffic. Kudos to PXS.
Got a techie question for you guys who did the reviews: Are you using Internet Explorer 7 or 6? I'm using 7, and when I go to this site as a visitor, none of the preview pictures display anywhere at all. Instead of the pornstar's pic, I'm getting this blue background with a little shield icon with a female icon in it.
So I'm wondering if it's a browser version issue. I know it shouldn't be, but I've run into this kind of problem before. Thanks.
