Just wanted to quickly share my experience with the Metart Network's customer support.
I had read in the forum that after joining one site , you can join any other for $10 recurring. I didn't know that this offer stands only for an hour and is given by an automatic link, which after an hour expires. After that, it's $20 recurring.
Now, I don't have a credit card, I use a debit VISA card, which I use only for online shopping, so I rarely keep any money on it, which means I have to manually put money in, whenever I want to purchase something. I had $20 in, so I got SexArt, with the intention next day to try TLE, Ninn,Randall, at such a great price.
To my surprise, I found that this offer would be valid for only an hour (it was the evening here, couldn't make any deposit). So I'm emailing their support to tell them what happened.
Not only they were polite and responded fast, they REFUNDED my initial purchase, completely cancelled my membership, so I could rejoin next day from start and get the discounts for all the sites I wanted.
This kind of customer service is awesome,hard to find I think in the adult websites industry, and creates loyal customers. Qudos to them.
The ONLY thing I would like to see from them support-wise, is a live chat, which is much faster than email exchanging, although as far as e-mailing goes, they were very fast with their responses. Over 13 emails exchanged in 24 hours.
