Cons:

-The songs in the videos are added during post-production as opposed to being played by a stereo system in the video. The difference is that with a stereo in the video the girl moves her body with real music and thus makes it sexier. You don't get that with audio added in post-production. You also do not get to hear the sexy sounds made by the girl taking off her clothing or the sort since the original audio track is wiped out.
-All videos are flash streaming. NO downloads.
-Content is licensed by hundreds of other sites on the internet, making it not entirely "exclusive".
-Videos are stretched to make it seem like it is HD, when in reality the videos are just standard 640x480.
-No zips are offered for downloading photo sets.
-Additions not date-stamped. Hard to determine number of updates added over time.
-Expensive. $39.95/mo.
Bottom Line:
The bottom line is that Matrix HD is the most unnecessary site in the porn world. No, its not because of the price and the streaming-only content. It is because every site in the world licenses their content. While the Matrix content is 100% original, made in-house by themselves, the content is NOT exclusive. If you have had membership to Twistys, Babes.tv, or a plethora of any other sites, then you have seen Matrix content video. Moreover, the movie site DVDBox.com has all the DVD's offered by Matrix content where every scene is downloadable, and available in different qualities. More importantly there is actually MORE Matrix content on DVDBox than on the Matrix Content (or Matrix HD in this case) official site. It is prodigious.
And the photosets? Yeah they are original too, but again, you can find them on a plethora of sites as well, sites like Twistys and Babes.tv. It really is beyond belief.
I figured I would be getting something I couldn't get from Twistys/Babes.tv when I tried Matrix HD, but I was downright wrong. Steer clear of this site. Don't waste your money.
If I was rating this site based solely on its content alone I would give it a 75 because it is expensive and offers no downloads but the content is of high quality. Taking into account the fact that you can find all the photos and videos in downloadable form and in better quality on other sites, the site becomes rather useless and thus the 55 rating.

The content, both pictures and videos, is very nice indeed. Probably 500+ videos and I do not know how many photosets, dating back to 2001. But videos are only streaming as far as I understand, and no zips for the photos. It was slow too, could not sustain even the mid quality video (640x480) without pausing. Kind of like window shopping. I would rate this site 90+ maybe if it had downloads because the girls are lovely and the videos very well done.
I was recently a member and it looks like it's the exact same content as Matrix Nudes but better organized, with a new look and more usable. Kind of a Matrix Nudes 2.0. It also looks like they are going to market this site more than the other.
So, if you are considering whether to join Matrix Nudes, I would recommend trying this instead. Trial membership is a real bargain and I had not problem cancelling (epoch billing system).
I believe they have recently launched and there are, in fact, some glitches. For instance, the link to the members' area you get once you sign up didn't work and had to use one on the homepage that did work. Also, some of the user interface changes aren't necessarily for the better: I don't like that photos open in a popup window.
