Beware of their trial memberships and email newsletters! They save your credit card info from your trial membership. In their email advertisements, they'll have a small box with fine prints. By checking that box and clicking on "you want to see more," they'll subscribe you to their 3 months service at $70. I was lazy and thought that box was to affirm that I'm over 18... No confirmation for sign-up, no nothing.
Early cancellation means you won't have access to the website anymore. I think that might be illegal since the fee is prepaid.
Pictures are low quality compared to other websites charging the same price range for subscription. |

Too bad I can't give a rating lower than 50. I think their business model revolves around taking advantage of people who don't read fine prints. One of the reason they have lower resolution pictures is probably to save money on server costs. For about $20 a month there are plenty of other websites that are significantly better... |

Old - almost all are copyrighted 2002 or prior
"Big" fotos - or used to be big - most fotos are 700X1050. Not bad for a circa-2002 site; no really high resolution pix are available (as in MET-Art's 2667x4000).
Poor cropping - limbs truncated. Even breasts and butts cut off.
Old-school glamour: too much orange light, overexposed/underexposed shots, limited depth of field (on the subject), crotch shot with hand placed demurely over genitals . . . or, lord help us, a stuffed bunny.
Bad file names: "DSC_0402.jpg" rather than "Jenna_Jamison_blue_0402.jpg." This naming convention forces the user to rename all files.
Unfair practices:
- "updates" are not updates. They just recirculate the old stuff. No honest update log.
- other users have complained that if you cancel, they terminate access, even if you're paid for the rest of the month |

Join once for one month, if you want fairly decent size fotos of Aria and Jenna and Alley Baggett. Do not rejoin until they fix the cons noted above. |

It is a decent site, but I would hold off on it because you only want to have to download from once because of the bull shit $40 fee for really downloads. This is what is keeping me from returning for the updates! |

-Navigation is easy and understandable. |

-Have to pay an additional and significantly high fee in order to be able to download the pics as ZIP files. |

There was a time when this was a good website. ZIP files were offered for everything. While the general quality of the content is still good, their membership practices are terrible. Beware! M&B cancels your membership immeadiately, no matter how long you have left on your term. Personally, I think this is an illegal practice. After all, you've paid for a month, you should get it, no matter what. To get ZIP files, you have to pay an extra $39.95. Yeah, sure you supposedly get some extra content, like earlier access to updates, but it isn't worth the price. Bottom line, the terrible membership practices are not worth what this site has to offer.
Follow-Up:
There has been some confusion as to what I meant when I said about the membership cancellation policy. If you, the user, cancel your membership, Mac & Bumble stops everything immediately, no matter how much time is left on your membership period. I hope this clarifies everything. |

- Almost 400 models, most are big name models, Aria Giovanni as an example.
- WMV are pretty good quality 2M speed with 640x480 resolution
- I still haven't figured out the update schedule, but it is updated often, and you get several new sets in each update
- Navigation is pretty nice for me, I like things to be kept basic, and this site seems to live by keeping the navigation simple to understand.
- TBP price of $19.99 is great |

- Why oh why, beautiful models, beautiful scenery, it is all beautiful, then I find out no high res pics.
- I've not tested what TBP is reporting, but here is their warning if you missed it, it says that when you cancel your membership, you lose the rest of your subscription to the site.

That one con is a big one for me. I sometimes have to fly across country on a one day's notice. Since my wife and I have no children she goes with me, we have no way while gone to cancel a membership. So, if I think there is a chance we won't be back within a week of the renewal, I go ahead and cancel. I would be highly ticked off to pay for 30 days, only to get 17 because I canceled on the 17th day.
Overall, the site has some really beautiful content, Aria's content is as good as I have seen of her. Still, lack of high resolution pics is a no-no in 2007. Yeah I know, I can open it in a viewer and zoom in. The videos are good enough looking to get by without a complaint, but the actual content on said videos is mostly glam/softcore. There is plenty of masturbation, but you all know what I'm talking about. Some of the top glam models masturbate like they are afraid they are going to tear something.
I had heard from others that Mac & Bumble had dropped off some, and I would agree. It is still a good site with some exclusive content. As you can see, low resolution pics, segmented videos, point to a site that is living in 2001.
Come on guys, you all have a reputation to uphold. At least get those pics up near 2000 on the high end, and start making full clips available. If not, Mac & Bumble is going to end up in the bargain bin of porn sites and that would be a shame, I recommend it for a month, but I don't know if I will be back for awhile. |
