Pros:
Great site. Lelu does a LOT of custom vids so there's always something new. Some things I wouldn't have throughout of, but I found myself getting off to them none the less.
But bottom line what sells this site is Lelu making a community. I'm sure she it going to become the sex star with the strongest most dedicated fans ever. I'm glad I'm discovering her so early. I can't wait to see what happens next!
Oh and there are multiple updates each WEEK. I've joined a few amateur site before (some are reviewed here) none of them ever had the number of update that Lelu provides.
Stop reading and go join. Then come back and than me.

Cons:
Video formats are available in mp4 so you can put it on iOS devices, but much of the content cannot be accessed directly from iOS
Lelu says an update will fix this in a few weeks.

UPDATE 7/20/12: as noted in reply section: this is a "mom & pop" site so you pretty much only see Lelu. To me that's made clear in preview section and goes with being an amateur site - so no big deal (that's what I like). But you should know that going in.
Bottom Line:
Really thought about the 100 rating and decided to go for it. This site is the best I've ever seen. Lelu is interactive with her fans like NO ONE else. Email replies come back in less than 24 hours. 1st time I've felt like the experience lives up to the hype. I'm really blown away by how awesome things are. I joined with an idealism deal and have already decided to resign up for 3 months.

I love this site! I know I seem like the ultimate fan boy; but this site continues to exceed my expectations.
Lelu has recently updated her video section making navigation and commenting easier. Also the UI has changed a little making it clearer which file formats are available at which quality (the HD videos look great in 1280X720
Photo section also saw upgrades with ability to select image size. Of course zip downloads and slideshow mode are still available.
I like amateur sites. Every time I hear someone complain about an amateur site its something the Lelu excels at.
What I love about Lelu is she is always expanding an improving. They've been up for a while now, I can't believe I haven't mentioned it earlier. Lelu now has 3 24/7 live spy cams (Living Room, Studio, and shower).
The quality is surprisingly good and each can be make full screen. There is no audio accompaniment.
Truth be told, I'm not a big spy cam fan. I think everyone is entitled to downtime and it sets up an unrealistic expectation that the hostess will be constantly available.
To me, the big plus here is it shows Lelu's dedication and persistence. As I've indicated in my previous reviews I'm a big fan of Lelu for her beauty, innovativeness, and dedication.
Lelu's updated the video section. You can no download videos in clips. (I've been away from dial-up so long I forget how handy it can be to have small files).
Also downloads are now available in .wmv format (.mov and .mp4 still available, as before)
The pix section has also been cleaned up a little bit - but these tweeks are minor and don't change functionality.
Lastly, the addition of the VNA cam network is nice, but in my experience is awfully glitchy. I haven't been able to tune into one of Lelu's shows, yet, but the other girls that I've checked out seemed to be plagued by hesitating audio and video. I know this is on the cam network's side, and I know VNA is a big player in this space. Hopefully the problem was on my side, or will be worked out soon.

Yeah just had to comment here for this site as it's been brought to my attention from Marcdc1 post, I'm not one for solo model sites these days so much unless I'm really into her but this site has certainly got me interested as it appears Lelu is very attractive which is great but she also does things on a very personal format that I've not seen before to be honest. I'm going to fav the site and might join one day.
Solo girl with a ton of personality. Lelu is warm and welcoming to her members. It's a "mom and pop" operation that knows if it's gonna compete it's gotta be different. To Lelu that is awesome customer service. She works very hard to treat you like an individual which is rare (at least in my experience).
