This site a scam so be warned. I chose to join seeing the original and quantity of content and found out how much trouble it gave me just to log on. even as i reset my password i had the same problem. and dont bother with live chat help bacause all they kept saying is that its working fine. join at your own risk but be prepared for this bull.
Like below, after an hour it all stopped working. I sent them a request for a refund but I'm doubtful. How did other people go in situations like this?

I joined Facial Abuse recently and I'm working my way through the material It is a LOT more extreme than I expected it to be. I like BDSM stuff, but this is too extreme for me. Objectively the site is great – lots of material, relatively easy to navigate, good download speeds – but subjectively, this site is probably only for a select group. Be warned - some of this stuff makes Max Hardcore look like a Girl Scout.
I haven't experienced any of the technical issues that people reported here. My log-in works all the time, and I find that download speeds are consistently around 1.3MB/sec. I haven't had to contact customer service for anything yet so I can't comment on that.
Last week I joined this site through the discount link on thebestporn.com. I have been charged the 19.95 and still have not been able to log in. None of my messages to customer support have been answered and when I try looking up my account I get an error. Yet somehow they managed to get the charging my credit card part right. I am still waiting for a response and hoping that they do not continue charging me after this billing cycle. I will post any changes that occur in regards to this problem.
This evening I checked my credit card statement and it appears that the charge has been removed per my request and hopefully this was just a misunderstanding or glitch. Have not heard from website so unsure of their side of things. Sorry we couldn't do business together but no harm no foul I suppose.
i have just subscribed and the download speed today go fast 30ko/s even with internet download manager ! what's going on; i try download with an other website and the speed is normal: 1,4 Mo/S; also anyone had the same problem? it's a shame: the rest time for the file i downloading now is 23 hours!
