Pros:
-large number of photo galleries
-diverse array of models and body types (from girl-next-door to glamour, topless only to occasional full monty)
-live chat with models (occasional nudity)
-fetish (cosplay) oriented
-message board to discuss just about anything
-tries to be politically correct with a small number of male models (for the occasional female member)
-models make appearances at various conventions, so there's a chance to meet them in person
Cons:
-softcore only
-galleries are not in zip or rar format
-small number of videos
Bottom Line:
Whatever dirty thoughts you've had about your favorite anime, comic book, or sci-fi characters, this site brings them to life, takes the fantasy one step further, and gets them naked. The models take costuming seriously (they make they're own costumes, often from scratch), and they're actually into the genres (they aren't posers). The specific niche makes the site stand out from the dozens of cookie cutter glam sites. If you like (softcore) fantasy involving "nerd" stuff, this site is for you.

I wished I had discovered this site sooner. All the people are friendly here, not just the customer service. xD I would highly recommend this site to anyone that calls themself a nerd. It's not just the japanese cartoons, but video games, comic books, pen & paper RPGs, you name it!

- Classy and affordable merchandise
- Has both guys and girls doing sets, so equal opportunity there
- Free screensaver done by one of the models available to all members
- Excellent organization of the sets and easy to use search functions

Cons:
- No Hardcore
- No Downloadable Image set files (zips, rars, etc.)

Bottom Line:
All and all a great site for some beautiful ladies and gentlemen being sexy with what they are passionate about. The material the site provides is superb, high class images and video. That combined with the contact you get to have with the models, the big library of content, and administrators eager to do as much as possible to satisfy their members requests makes this site rate number 1 in my book. Definitely a niche site, but they do it masterfully. If cosplay and beautiful girls in great costumes is your thing, then you will certainly find this place to be your second home. I wish they had the options/services offered int the "cons" section, but as it does detract from the plethora of goodness that is provided here. I will keep being a subscriber and look forward to all the goodness they keep on producing. A must see, hands down.
Addendum: From all the comments and feedback I have been getting, I really need to make a note here. I gave the site a 97 because I am a HUGE anime and gaming fan, and I have been looking for the site to bring my fantasies to life. If you are not a huge anime and gaming fan, you may not appreciate the site as much as I do. Please take this into account before making your decision.

-Real time interaction with models daily on the site's chat room
-Prompt support from the site administrator
-Special VIP shows allow the models to be a bit more... intimate on cam for the members.
-Expanding convention presence lets members actually meet several of the models
-Female AND male models lend a bit of balance to the photo sets
Cons:
-Chat service that is currently in use will crash at odd times. Site is believed to be in the process of finding a more stable replacement
-Low number of videos with... curious musical selection
-Strictly softcore posing.
Bottom Line:
Let's be honest, if you're an average young male who reads comics, or watches anime, then at some point, you've thought about what the ladies look like under your clothes. Cosplay Deviants sets out to show you, and for the most part, succeeds.
The older sets are a bit rough around the edges as everyone gets into the swing of things, but the quality rapidly improves to a rather high standard. The girls are lovely, though users looking for some hardcore action will have to turn back to Japan, as this is strictly a softcore pinup site.
Highly recommended for people looking for their favorite heroines getting naked.

So I think fair play to the webmaster for getting involved with the review replies, and ultimately the reviews do look truthful.
However I think one review would have been plenty at 60/65% I reckon, we could all put 97% for a site just because it was bang on what we were passionate about but it's useless to other people and not really (in my mind) the driving force behind a score.
Also all the cons are the same across all reviews and most of the pros simply state 'nice range of involved models', the 4 more recent reviewers could have just trusted and added comments to the first review, no need for that many seperate reviews.
It does look like a genuine site though, looks very transparent with contact details and cancellation links, lots of info in their FAQ section (probably more useful to read that than these reviews) and there are a couple of deviantart/youtube links on their site which sort of make up for a tour.
... no downloads, no subscription from me. Ever! Other sites manage to survive with unlimited downloads. We'll probably see less options to download in the days to come as users with handheld devices increase but that doesn't mean I have to like it,

Hmmm... five reviews posted today by new PU members. I smell something fishy. Maybe this is another case of a site offering a contest entry for a positive review.
That's a lot of new (high) scores for this place. Considering some of the cons these folks list the reviews may be honest (not sure that the scores are fair).
