After I contacted Epoch, the billing company, the waters magically reopened and they graciously let me back in. (After they barred me for canceling my membership).
I innocently clicked a link to one of their other sites, as you do when you are at a site. The next thing I knew, there was a receipt in my inbox from the other site!!! No signup page, no nothing, these people signed me up without asking!!!
Avoid this company like the plague!
***UPDATE***
Epoch, the billing company, did return my money when I contacted them through live chat, so thank you to them. When I contacted the site's live chat however, they basically told me to F myself.
Well, because of the problems in my previous comment, I immediately cancelled my membership, and surprise, suprise! When I went back to the site I got the following message:
"ERROR: Cannot connect to database. Too many connections".
