Good collection of videos
Decent download speeds, I have been almost maxing my 7MB connection. I am not sure what the problem was with the guy that commented he was only getting 80kb/sec
Good price for the quantity of content
The site has a good organization concept, I liked being able to search by nationality. I don't think I've seen that anywhere before.

Not many photos, if that is your thing. and most are screen caps.
Video quality is not always great. Most is 720x480, the older stuff is 480x360 or worse.
I don't think a lot of the content is exclusive, as most is pulled from DVDs or other old websites (BrunoB for example)
Some of the star facts are flat out wrong, but that isn't such a big deal I guess. |

Overall I think it is a really good site. It had some hardcore stuff by Sophie Moon, Aneta Keys, Mia Stone and Eve Angel I hadn't seen before. Has a pretty good collection of porn stars from all over.
They could use some work on organizing it right, some stars info and nationalities are wrong. But I think (especially with euro stars) there is a lot of conflicting info out there.
I believe if you go to pornstarnetwork.com you can preview the whole site before joining (like videobox).
Definitely worth joining for a month, especially for $19.99 |

Honestly, I can't find much to complain about. I tend to enjoy these multi-site networks and while I have certainly really enjoyed others (Naughty America is FANTASTIC and Brazzers is really good as well), this one just stands out above the rest. Admittedly, I think I mainly like the range of niche sites, the sheer amount of content available and, of course, the content itself is smokin' hot.
I am admittedly a huge cumshot/facial fan, so having Sperm Glazed, Load in My Mouth and the UNBELIEVABLE Cover My Face here was worth the money...and then some. If you like cumshots/facials/bukkake, Cover My Face is worth it alone.
Honestly? I love this site so much, I don't ever want to leave and that's the highest compliment I can give.

Great value for money, a lot of content for a low price with a $10 discount for TBP users, resulting in a $19.95 a month sign up fee.
A lot of exclusive content.
No DRM.
No download limits.
No regional discrimination, meaning those of us in Europe are treated equally and do not get ripped off.
Good download speed.
Newer videos are of good quality and can be downloaded whole, rather than small segments. But you can choose between either whole or segments.
A variety of download speeds and therefore quality.
A good variety of vanilla porn sites.
There are pics which can be zip downloaded, although they are not of great quality.
There are quite a few daily updates overall. It's just some sites are basically dead, with no new updates at all.
Once you sign in you do not have to resign in to each separate site, although there is a series of 5 letters you have to fill in every time you visit the site.
Quite good camerawork in that there aren't too many gynaecological close ups. |

Some really large and irritating watermarks.
The only real amateur site "BrunoB Reloaded" uses condoms for every scene.
Some of the sites are very small.
Some of the sites have little or no updates, nor state when the last update was.
Some of the videos do not have all the scenes available so are not really complete videos.
Some of the older videos do not have complete scene downloads, so they have to be downloaded in 5 minute segments.
Some of the sites are just single model sites.
Some of the sites are just multi sites of the same porn star. For instance Lex Steel.
Some of the material is very samey and there is nothing particularly high class and outstanding.
The photos are low quality, and just vid caps but can be downloaded in zip form. Some of them are very blurred and of low quality. What's more I found some did not unzip totally so I had to download manually. I really do not think the site would appeal to photo fans.

IMO, this isn't really a network, more a series of videos, of which there are plenty. According to BrainPass the figure is 8420 videos and 912 photo sets. I haven't counted them personally but have no reason to dispute their figures.
There is a lot to see and download here, but some of the sites can't even be called sites.
For instance, at the count I made today (my last day of membership - 28 May 2009) "Silverstone Video" only has 107 videos,"The Lucky Man" only has 15, and "Doghouse Digital" only has 41. If that constitutes a "site," then I'm a gay Dutchman, and Drooler is my bitch. It's a bit like going to one of those DVD sites, and instead of referring to them as DVD's or videos, they call them sites instead.
There are WMV streaming segments at 700 kb/sec. I tried these and found them to be reasonable quality.
There are low quality WMV videos at 56 or 128 kb/sec, and MPG videos of 350 kb/sec for iphone and ipod. I have not tried these.
High quality WMV downloads are at dimensions of 720x480 and a bit rate of between 2000 and even up to 5000 kb/sec.
High quality MPG downloads are between 600 and 1000 kb/sec, depending on the site.
Pic dimensions are 720x480.
Although there is a lot of content, the standard and look is very much of a muchness. There is no real high class or outstanding content.
There is no real fetish material, but I don't expect it on this sort of site, so I don't put that down as a "con."
For me the outstanding site is "FirstSexVideo." This may not appeal to some, because the review I read by mbaya is totally accurate. There is a lot of talk leading up to the sex scene, which is not particularly high quality given today's standards. But for me it's a really unusual site in that these are genuine first time models being interviewed, and having sex on camera for the first time.
"The Lucky Man" only has 15 videos but they are at least in the "group sex" category. The one drawback is that most of the girls really do look like veteran porn performers.
With most sites it's usually 3 to 5 minutes of build up, then it's clothes off followed by, as expected, oral, then straight sex, and sometimes anal. OutdoorBackdoor obviously specialises more in anal. They have the cum in mouth type sites too. The main thing is, apart from FirstSexVideo, most of the material is what you would expect. Apart from a few videos where the girls start off totally naked, you mostly have the usual 3 to 5 minutes for a build up. It's then down to action. The girls are generally reasonable looking, not necessarily first division, but maybe second.
Even though I have listed a number of negatives, I really quite liked this site overall. The pros and cons are very similar to a number of other networks. -States that all material is exclusive. See my review of the silverstonedvd.com site which has many of the same videos. I would love to hear an explanation.
-Updates are not dated. When looking at a site, you don't know how often you will get new material. The network has a listing of upcoming updates though. Most upcoming updates go to pornstarnetwork, another name for the brainpass network, not any individual site within the network.
-States voted best adult network. Takes the comment "Definitely one of my favorite networks out there for the exclusive content and great-looking sites" from Spencers review, then states the score was 10/10. Spencer gave it a 90.0. I didn't see any review by TBP that was 10/10.

I see a lot of high scoring reviews, but my feelings about the network are more like Denner's than any other reviewer. There are a lot of sites, but many could easily be combined as they are about the same topic. Take silverstonevideo. The latest updates are on another site iwantlatina. There are several sites that are basically dead and have not updated in years. My impression of the videos is that although they have some interesting niches, such as tiny asses, you feel that you have seen all of this before. On the network a LOT of the material, maybe half overall, is not even from this decade. The navigation is simple and I really like the network's ability to search. However, within each site you cannot; there isn't even a list of the models. While many of the models are attractive, they are not so outstanding as to be a significant plus because many other video sites do as well or better. Overall this network is about quantity, not creativity. I didn't feel any of the individual sites was all that outstanding. I would even go further and say that many were below the levels of their competitions' comparable sites. While many videos had very good quality, I saw no HD or DVD level material on even the newest updates. The best you get is 720x480 2750 kbps. Nice, but not cutting edge. By the way, a nice plus is that the network does have lots of updates daily. Today there are 6 videos. On the other hand I saw not even one site that had outstanding quality photos-just screencaps. If you are a fan of Peter North, who has been around for years, or of Lexington Steele, who has also been around for years, you will like what they have here. However, does Lexington need 7 sites? Does North need 2? Do you need 7 sites for facial cumshots? My overall impression is that the network needs some new more creative concepts for their sites and better quality videos and photos. A real makeover could make this site much better. Overall I would rate this as an ok network, but not a strongly recommended one. |

One thing that's baffled me about Brain Pass is once you enter the member area, you never see the brand, "Brain Pass" again! The umbrella site is called Pornstar Network and there are no sites in the network called Brain Pass.
Mystery name aside it is a great site, especially for the price! Brain Pass is one of those sites you can get lost in. You start browsing and you find a site or category that appeals to you and the movies in that one little slice of the site seem to go on forever.
With the the large amount of content and the great site navigation there truly is something for everyone -- and you can find it! They have solo girls, themed sites, fetishes, hardcore, softcore, Euro, American, you name it.
One feature I find useful is the "Featured site" on the Home page. It offers up one of network sites with a short description and the number of videos and photo sets. It changes with every page refresh.
To sum it up, Brain Pass is a great site! |

I really like this site and enjoy many of the niches that they have. This is the third time that I have joined and it is better each time. I wanted a multi month memebership and it was between BrainPass and KickAss. KickAss raised the price, almost double. While BrainPass offered a GREAT DEAL with the yearly subscription.
I would suggest that sites start offereing the yearly option. They will get more money and less stress on the bandwidth. It is much tougher for me to join once a year and download EVERYTHING in one month for $24.95 than letting me download over the entire year. More money for you, $89, and less stress on the bandwidth and server. |

I first joined the Network through Cover My Face (earlier reviewed here), but have recently explored most of the sites. There are too many to explore quickly, so take your time and enjoy them.
It appears that the Network is either run by Brandon Iron or heavily influenced by him. He is on many of the sites as Director/Actor and many of his Canadian compadres comprise some of the other sites. I like Brandon and fellow Canadian, Peter North because of the more respectful way they treat their women and their compelling compulsion with cum.
I have read reviews here that have complained about the quality of the videos. Most of the videos I've downloaded have good enough quality. Let me explain:
Most of BP's vids are in 720X480 format. I can download these, record to disc and play them back on my HD upconverting disc player and HDTV and they look as good or better than any of the HD sites (In the Crack) on my laptop. In fact, if you have this equipment, try it out. You'll never go back to looking at porn on your laptop again.
Check out the sites: Big Wet Asses for some great anal vids, Heavenly Knockers and Lube My Tits for gread boobage, Cover My Face, Load My Mouth, Sperm Cocktail and Spermglazed for terrific cumshot action.
I joined the site at full price and will certainly get my money's worth for the month. At the end of that time, I think I will cancel and rejoin through TBP to take advantage of the discount because I can see more than a month membership here. |

A lot of selections and sites. My main reason to join was Melissa Doll and her Canadian starlets. The sites do have specific themes. One is a POV sites with Brandon Irons. Drawback is that Amy Reid, who is shown in the ad, isn't shown. Updates are every week, but on other sites. No Melissa or Cherry(well the last time I was there) Price is reasonable and customer service ok. They responded to my questions quickly. |

Website is erratic and has no control on your favorites. I have spent more time trying to delete some of my bookmarks than download anything. Most or haft for their video library is old(90s to early 2000). And some of their videos are in chapters. NEED AN EDITING SOFTWARE to edit chapters together. One or, if your lucky, two different formats. Pics are available, but not interesting where you can obtain them on other sites. |

At first, I have to say: The Network is very huge! I think there is content for anybody. (Lesbian, Gay, Anal, Cumshot and so on...) There are also different video options for highspeed or lowspeed connections! A negative aspect is that download managers dont work. It's a necessity today in my opinion. The updates are also irregularly. But there's a lot of content for everybody, some exclusive content also. When you get your login-data you login, and then you come to a big site that shows you all the scenes from over 50 sites. But for the first time, the navigation may be difficult. But the network is really worth a try! |
