I notice the cute little disclaimer at the end of the preview video, but I was under the impression that bondage with intercourse on video was illegal in the US? Maybe this has changed without me looking.

I looks that site producers were under such impression too :-). There weren't such such sites in US until about the time when kink.com made their SexAndSubmission (about 2005). As kink.com is an US company, and pretty solid one, I don't think they're playing games with law, so most likely they've got legal opinion on it, which says it's ok. And as long as there wasn't any case law (which seems most likely), legal opinion is the best thing you can get to see if it is legal or not.
So I would rely on ability of kink.com to analyze it properly (at least until I'll try to shoot such a thing myself :-)). Just speculation on my part though.

It doesn't really matter. My point is that I'm not a lawyer and I definitely don't want to hire one because of this issue :-), so I tend to trust that major US companies do their legal research themselves (and kink.com IS a major US company without much doubt). After all, it will be them who prosecution will come after.

Relationship to sister sites is important, as they share facilities, photographers and models.

You are right on target. A few of the older segments are really very good, but the quality of the videos is not very good. Too bad the downloading issues have not been resolved.

Chanta Rose is the founder of Twisted Factory...you may know of her from Kink where she ran and Dommed for several sites there including Whippedass for many years. I don't know the full story (I read her blog) but basically she was fired from Kink a couple of years back over some crap and she started this company, which is probably why things look similar. She is also married to the creator of Sex & Submission.
