No customer support whatsoever

Ok, getting pretty sick and tired of sending mails to their customer support.

9 days and 7 emails later I can still not access the site and I have still not gotten a single reply from customer support.

Any suggestions what steps I can make? I paid for 30 days and 9 are already over without access. This simple cannot be allowed...

Meanwhile I have gotten 2 spam mails saying "hey past member, we want you back"

I've never had trouble with any site before this

Denner (235) I signed up last monday and had no problems.
Was a little worried, though - because the the billingsystem: jetbill. com, billingservices.com and what not...

So I also canceled fast to see their reaction - that cancel also came promt.

Any idea where I can send mails/complaints for refunds or whatever? Surely they cannot just take my money without any conseqences?!

That's not fair, for sure...
Well, as a user myself I have no futher ideas about how to solve your problem. But, I agree - that's a question of really bad customer-service (or rather no service at all).
Maybe PU should have a place for these kinds of bad behavior from site-owners/webmasters....

Monahan (42) I agree that PU should have a new category to rate customer service and support, especially with a site problem like this one.

This site should get no new business from PU and TBP users unless and until it fixes its customer service function.

(Danni.com has the same problem, a non-responsive customer service function.) Bummer when you spend good money and can't get access or any support function to respond.

One suggestion. If the biller is CCBill, you can call them for help in contacting a site's customer support function.
