Streaming improvement

I've fixed the issue the reviewer ran into with streaming; non-HTML5 browsers wouldn't seek within a stream properly, they will now. ^-^

I haven't been able to reproduce the login problem described, and haven't gotten any other complaints. If you're a subscriber and see that happen, please let me know!
