please submit an error report on TBP because they reviewed the site last month so this must be a very recent change. Let them know if you chose the trial membership or if you picked the full one.

I agree that you should report this as a problem on TBP (there is a link on the right hand page of the TBP review. Websites change their policies all the time, and I imagine a lot of reviews are out of date almost as soon as they go up. It's up to members as well as TBP to make sure information is as up-to-date as possible to help everyone out.

Well I would certainly dispute that reply from the credit card processor as at the bottom of the tour page where you click to join it clearly says "Instant access, start downloading everything now". I would say that's a good case of being sold a subscription under false pretences.

I have requested that they cancel my membership and refund my
Money or reduce it to 3 days trial.
On 3 days trials i dont expect to be able to download (or limited downloads)
but on 1 month
Memberships (or longer) i expect unlimited downloads.
I only subscribed after read the porn review here.

Because on trial memberships you do have
Problems downloading material.

Make sure you submit an error report with the info about this being a full membership. This way TBP can make the appropriate inquiry with the site and fix it so that others don't get burned.
