Greatest studio???
I think that is a matter of opinion, it certainly needs qualifying some. As a softcore photo guy, I don't think I have ever visited it, let alone joined.

Their stock is trading at .25 a share. I think they are having huge cash flow problems and can't seem to find a niche with their vast achchives. Print and DVD business is way down and they haven't had a strong internet site and their other distribution channels are not doing well.

I'm often tempted to join because I would love to get access to their newer material but I think that it is PPV or pay a DVD price per movie for the new stuff.
