I did notice it there a couple of weeks ago and visited it once but i usually visit TBP daily to check for new reviews and usually notice the new discounts there.
Rarely - I have a list of sites to try, so if one of those was on the discounts list it would give it a bump on my list; but I'd be unlikely to browse/join sites purely because they are cheaper.
