Just joined with trial, site does not work at all

I just joined with the two day trial. The only thing about the site that works is the preview pages, which look great, and billing my credit care. The site itself does not work at all nor do any of the included sites. The browser goes into orbit permanently, no pics no vids no nothing. Sent inquiry to webmaster and will update this if I get a response.

I just had one of our editors check this and the site seems to be working fine. They saw the site's content and were able to jump to other sites in the network.

So, it's possible it was a temporary glitch. You may want to recheck it now.

Hopefully, the site owners will get back to you shortly.

If you think this is an issue related to the trial, then (after you've rechecked) you can get back to us and we'll look into it further.

But like I say, the site does seem to be working right now.

If you refunded my money its news to me. My credit card account shows the charge for membership and does not show any credit. The email response here in this public forum is completely different from the email response I received from your company which doesn't say anything about refunding my money, it says my account was "deleted" for one of three reasons: 1, the expiration date on my card was incorrect 2. I previously disputed a charge from your company or 3. the all purpose response: the account was deleted for "general abuse." None of these three statements are true: the expiration date on my card was correct, hence your company's successful billing of my credit card account, I have never been a member of your site and thus have never disputed a charge and I don't know what "general abuse" is. You charged my account, I never got access and you did not credit my account, as you claim here.

The site might work for the editors but did not and does not work for me and I paid for it. If its a "temporary" glitch then the site should not have charged for the membership or should have refunded the money and they have not done so.

As you suggested, I tried to access the site again. Now the site appears to be operational, but I get a screen that says my user ID, password or secret word is incorrect. Thus the private email I received from the site saying my account has been "deleted" is apparently accurate. I paid for the site and it never worked, and contrary to the webmaster's response on this public forum, my credit card account has not been credited. So at least for me, the membership was a rip. I paid for it and got nothing.

I did the refund myself, and you should give it at least 24/36 hours to show up on your statements.
The email you received is a default email send while doing the refund. The cancel email is automatically send by our biller.
You’ve been a member from our network, but you did ask to cancel your membership,
due to problems. Which are understandable from your side. We as company have tried to work with you,
to track any issues down, and have offered a free trial for two weeks. Unfortunately you choose the find your solution
in negative words online, instead of contact us personally. A simple email to us had given you the same options/solutions.

Please do not accuse us from not refunding before at least 36 hours are passed. (
Please contact us at known email addresses in case the refund does not show on your statement in 36 hours.
