Hello Ron,
Thank you for your review. We are currently working on fixing described Results Per Page bug, however I would like to ask you to specify "Poor Search Engine" comment, since that statement seems very vague and not specified.

by poor search engine I mean that there is no way of cutting down the number of results. An example - Titty fuck, comes back with a result of 1211 dvd's. That is a lot of dvd's to look through.

Hello Ron,
Regarding "Results Per Page" Issue that you have described: we have carefully checked and site functioning as it should. Pager block made on the AJAX platform so it is saving your setting as long as you are staying on the page. Saving settings even if you are leaving site would violate your own security since it would be only possible by saving unnecessary cookie on your PC.
Regarding Search: I highly doubt the fact that we have a lot of content for you to enjoy can be called "bad" or "poor" ... if you are confused because of too many DVDs in the search results - try using more exact words or phrases.
Regarding Limits: No, our site does not have any limitations.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I am still getting the results page defaulting back, although this time it is to 9 instead of 6. I am not leaving the site, I have other internet tabs for that.
With the search, there is a large choice, but I would like to thin it down. To use the example earlier, titty fuck (1211 results). Using titty fuck mature, with your search engine you interpret a space as "and". If I add mature it returns 1937 results. Surely the search engine should thin it down? If I do mature on its own it returns 860 results making 2071 results if you combine them all.
I beg to differ on the limitations, I have 2 printscreens of the page stating "sorry, you have exceeded you (sic) viewing/downloading limit", from 2 separate days, Monday and Saturday. Both times it would not let me download after.
I have also reported these problems via your "report a problem" on the website during the weekend gone, but have received no reply.
If I could get these items sorted, it would make a 10% difference in my score, but the download limit is a deal breaker
