Status:

Current Member for less than 1 month (at the time of review).

Pros:

Attractive model.
Exclusive content.
Picture quality good 1067x1600 taken by a professional.
Model takes an interest in the site.
Model sometimes gives free webcam sessions to members.
Forum with model response.
Calender showing what updates are going up and when.
CCbill/epoch billing available so nice and easy to sign up and cancel.
No DRM
Links to all her content she has outwith the site such as movies, twitter, facebook, flickr.

Cons:

Download limit of approx 1GB per 24 hours.
Not a huge amount of content just over 50+ videos and 70+ picture galleries.
Some older picture galleries not zipped yet.
Forum gave my pc virus warnings.
Video quality poor (even though some HD lots of image noise and sound hiss sometimes a little distortion).
Camera persons skills poor (sometimes shakey, sometimes could hear them handling camera).
Issues using download managers.

Bottom Line:

Katie K is an award winning uk Girl/girl and solo porn star. Her website gives exclusive content and behind the scene type videos such as interviews.
Katie has a sweet and innocent look but a filthy mouth and is great with dirty talk.
Katie takes an active role in her website and has a regularly updated diary (which differs from her free blog), a forum where she interacts with her fans and a webcam (though this is done through myfreecams so isn't on site and there is extra charges for this though sometimes she does a freebie for site members)
The site is well presented with a clean easy to navigate interface.
Sign up and cancellation simple through epoch and no cross sales.
This is a good site its growing fairly well with an update of some sort (either pictures, movie, diary update) almost every day.

The pictures are well taken and a joy to look at although some galleries seemed a little small and the archived galleries aren't zipped yet.
The videos have a fairly good variety and her dirty talk is fantastic. Her Question and answer video although in lower format webcam quality (videos indicate quality and size before downloading) was really interesting and fun to watch.

Although its a site which would appeal to quite a lot of people due to her level of attractiveness, participation and dirty talk there is quite a lot of downsides which could be fixed with a little investment. Issues such as the download limit (especially since some of the earlier videos are quite big though the newer ones are smaller) is irriating but forgivable where as the quality whilst HD is frequently noisey with hissing in the soundtrack, she really needs to invest in a better camera and some lessons for the camera operator (shakey, moving camera noise, straps falling beside lens).
There is no indication of the download limits and It wasn't until downloading my first few vids that I was locked out the site for 24 hours. I emailed the tech support and they advised that it was due to me going over the download limit (they said they had to put in place due to content ripping) I was impressed that they got back to me so quickly at such an unsociable hour however my followup question regarding the exact level of download limit went unanswered (through trial and error is approx 1 GB)

In summary a good site which is worth watching, major fans of Katie will enjoy the content as will people getting to know her.
The technical issues and fact there isn't a huge amount of content will put many off but with a bit of work this could be a great site.
I would recommend this to big fans of hers but for those on a budget and not sure then I'd advise waiting for now.

Note: If you're unsure about whether you like her or not search for her; she has a free blog, youtube channel and plenty of pictures freely (and legally) available to help you decide.

4	picdude (5)	REPLY TO #2 - rearadmiral : Even with the download limit it is possible to download everything, all the picture galleries over about two days, the behind the scenes movies in about the same and all the movies over a week or so. However its not ideal having to log in everyday figure out where about you've downloaded up to then download the rest. The out of 38 so far movies about 11 are over 300 MB the rest under 200 MB. The biggest bug bear for me was the quality, my own camcorder is better. Perhaps need to look into lighting, upgrading cam etc.	10-25-11 02:01am Reply To Message

8	picdude (5)	REPLY TO #7 - Capn : Reexamining my score after checking out some other solo star websites It feels a little harsh however the technical issues (ie poor video quality and camera persons skills) and download limit still keeps it down. I would give it an extra 10 points if they only increased the video quality, in this day and age there's no excuse. The scenario's are all good but you just can't enjoy it as much as you should.
