If you look at Shemales From Hell from a conceptual view there's nothing really to separate it. There are a lot of sites featuring Brazilian transsexuals in hardcore action. Even the actions aren't very different. The specialty here is great video quality, a passion for finding the best angles and lighting and a desire to be the leader in this type of porn. Over 450 scenes are 720p. It is difficult to find other TS sites that even have that many updates.
