I canceled my account with them, and they kept on charging my card. When I used their online help service at www.myavvhelp.com and tried again to cancel the account, the system told me it was already canceled. I used Live Support to chat with an operator and she then canceled the account. I asked her to refund the charges made after my first cancellation, and she did so. I told her that her site was dishonest, and her response was 'what do you expect when you buy porn online'! Reply To Comment

This customer support link is associated with a different site network. Our customer support area is members.pridemoviepass.com/support.html. This information is provided to all customers in the confirmation email they receive upon purchasing a membership and of course on the site itself. I contacted the livechat support team at www.myavvhelp.com and they could not even answer a simple site question for me, or tell me what sites are part of their network.
