Dishonest Billing Practices

This site 'prides' itself on deceptive practices. I canceled my account with them, and they kept on charging my card. When I used their online help service at www.myavvhelp.com and tried again to cancel the account, the system told me it was already canceled. I used Live Support to chat with an operator and she then canceled the account. I asked her to refund the charges made after my first cancellation, and she did so. I told her that her site was dishonest, and her response was 'what do you expect when you buy porn online'!

I'm not sure why you contacted www.myawhelp.com since they do not handle customer support for pridemoviepass.com. This customer support link is associated with a different site network. Our customer support area is members.pridemoviepass.com/support.html. This information is provided to all customers in the confirmation email they receive upon purchasing a membership and of course on the site itself. I contacted the livechat support team at www.myavvhelp.com and they could not even answer a simple site question for me, or tell me what sites are part of their network.
