You know, there are some of us here who would consider that a good thing!
Seriously though, this is the first time I've ever heard of a site even denying that it has download quotas. Download caps really piss me off anyway, but to have one hidden and then declared a technical difficulty would probably make my head explode.

BTW - Just a small hint: It does not make a review better, more outstanding ect. when it's written with capital letters.
On the contrary - it makes it less comfortable to read.....

I can't believe someone has given this guy a no trust vote for the reason "hate capital letters" and is hiding behind it anonymously....pathetic!
Re: the 30 dollar price tag....I noticed that if you go to the join page then hit the back button to leave it you get a pop up offering you a $10 discount so its possible to sign up for around $20.
