As for photosets - we have images for all of the videos, as I understand you mean the images in higher resolution. There were only 6-7 videos with the stills from the videos, all other episodes have HQ pictures, so it should be a regular feature.
As for zips - we're working on the new members area script which will include the features like search, custom zipping etc. But it takes time.
Our content guy told me he plans to add the zips for the current sets at TU at the end of this week.

Correct, the external look of the sites should be changed, so we will feature newest updates on the top.
You may see this on many sites nowadays.
