I sent the following email message to the webmaster on the 14th:
"Date Sent 12-14-10 03:43am
Sent To: figurebaby (0)
Subject: zipdownloads
Body: I just signed up for your site and will be writing a favorable review soon. I have a problem though. I have been zipdownloading big size photos that come with two files that my computer cannot delete. As a result, when I delete the zipdownload file, I must delete each photo manually one by one. What a pain. What is this and how do I get around it?"
I think I have waited a fair time for a response.

 mbaya (354) I heard back from Tony at the site. The problem is on their end, but the fix for the files I have already downloaded is beyond my level of computer expertise. I sent him a list of the corrupted files that he told me would get fixed. That should bve the end of the problem. I found Tony to be very helpful and recommend the level of customer service here.
