When we launched this site back in September of 2010 we didn't have "any" download limitations. Just after one month we had some members downloading 500gig of content!
We had to set some limitations.
The download limitation was set to 10 gig per day per member.
Most members, on average will download about 3-5 gig of content a day.
We are currently going to come up with a solution for a "premium" unlimited membership for this site.
This content is absolutely incredible! As stated above by the reviewer.

I think the issue here is not with the limit itself but with the fact you are blatantly lying to your customers about having them. In fact one of the first things I saw when visiting the site is the "Download all our DVD's now! No Limits!" claim which, thanks to this review and your response, we all know is total crap.
I can understand antares's frustration. I personally would not join a site that has limitations of any kind and would be absolutely livid to discover that a site I joined on its promise of having no download limits actually had them.
You want limits? Fine, then just remove the false promises.

Again...this site was trial and error. We had no idea that someone was going to download 500gig of content in a single month. At a cost of $.75 cents per gig, you do the math.
WE JUST CHANGED our download limitations on Monday Oct 13, 2010. We have not had the chance to change the front end of the free tour.
This site is not hosted by us so we have to go through a ticket system for everything. It takes time to make changes.
Nevertheless...this site has an absolute ton of content. All exclusive and once we make some changes we can have a re-review of the site.

Antares...
Upon further review of our bandwidth limitations on xxxAdultCentro.com . We've decided to remove all limitations. Daily and monthly. This should be set into play within the next 24 hours.
We were a little surprised when we found one of our members abusing their membership to such a high degree. Over 500 gig in like 2 weeks.
We are going to run more frequent bandwidth reports to check and see if one particular member is trying to ruin privileges for all users.

Thanks for the quick answer. This is at least a good thing to know that you are looking at our feedback.
Anyway, i m a bit surprised by the reason. There are many great DVD sites. Videobox and Videosz being the most famous ones. And there is no limitation with them. You can download 1ko or 10000To per month, it's up to you. And i guess that this is what most of your customers ll understand by "no limitation".
So thanks again for the clarification. Because as mentioned, the best DVD sites doesn't care about how many gigs you could download. So if the limitation is gone for good then i ll update my review because the site ll deserve a score of 80-85/100.

A very interesting exchange. I personally hate download limits and have taken off points for them. If I pay, I expect to be able to download all I want. I am glad to see a newbie who sticks to his convictions.

Hmm, the download limit may be back. I m not sure about it yet. After streaming a couple of DVD to preview the scenes that i was looking for, i had the unknow error message back. So i ll test it again in a couple of hours and inform you about the situation... and update the review once again if needed.

So, since my last post i simply can't download/stream anything. I just get an error message. I ll wait one more day but if nothing changes and without any info about what is going on, i ll have to warn people about such issues with this site. Anyway, it's a lot of problems for a first week of membership for any adult website in my opinion. So i ll update the score to take it into consideration anyway.

I know that you mentioned this site deserves a score of 85 and I won't stop trying to make it better until we get there.

Hello, my name is Paul I am Ed's site tech.
Allow me to submit my 2 cents on the situations:
Site have no limits whatsoever, you might want to run re-test regarding this matter. I am checking site statistic on regular basis, and also responsible for any errors or reports from site members. We never got 1 single complaint regarding constant errors or unability to download/stream.
There is possibility that you faced some sort of technical error. Or constantly tried to stream/dl mailfunctioning scene (yes sadly price of having 30000+ scenes is that occasionaly one of them might mailfunction).
I re-tested site half an hour ago and everything worked perfectly fine.
If you having those issues that you described please provide us with more details, so we can investigate those issues. But however I can assure you they have nothing to do with word "limit". Because there is no such thing. Some of our members downloading more than 25-30 gigs/day and having no such issues.
So if I may, I would like to ask you to re-test our site regarding "limitations" etc and if by any chance in process you will face any problem - they will be fixed in matter of hours.
