Beware of this sites billing practices

Horrible customer service. MEANING non-existent. No one answers that 1-800 number, no replies from their help@incrediblesupport.com. Their parent company is INCOM, I tried to press my claim there, but receive no replies or returned phone calls there. They claim they use CCBILL or NETBILL on their site, but in fact they billed my VISA twice using their own merchant account. I ended up canceling my VISA to stop the billing and filed a claim with the FTC for fraudulent billing practices.
Read review sites like this one. Make sure that the company uses legitimate business practices. Or repeat the mistake I made. Email me at perks1964@hotmail.com if you would like copies of the claims I made here.

steve (9) This is sooo Untrue, i have been a member for months and these guys have answered all my emails.

IMHO This is one of the best adult reality networks on the net,
in terms of giving the customer, tons of new updates and bigtit latinas, whih i love btw! soncheap they are not!

Maybe you had some bad luck... Check your spam inbox also...sometime I get companies that email me back and I can't find the emails and they are in my spam folder... Just a suggestion!

jimb (Disabled) Email to Marcus approximately 10 hours after he emailed us requesting a cancel.
Charges were canceled and we notified our merchant processing company to remove the double charges from his credit card. We promptly refunded his credit card for the double charged amount.

Over reaction from a member, we have 24/7 phone support and email support for all of our customers. We always take care of our customers in any way possible.

Plus is a pain in the ... to download a simple 80Mb file takes hours to download.. and many files just never ending , i have a fast connection and this site is the worst site ever see , Not for the contend they have a lot of good movies , but the problem is to download a simple file

i don't recommend this site for nothing !!

dragondly (0) I have had problems with this site billing and refusing to refund the money when I found out they billed.. my cc was stolen and someone used it.. but this company bills though MANY agencies they may claim to use CCBILL or NETBIL bit in fact they use a number of them. I currently have 3 charges totaling $115 for something that I didn't sign up for and still am fighting them (with no luck using their help@incredablepass.com email) I have filed a complaint with the FTC at this point.. go for it look them up or any of the companies they use to bill
