I recommend you contact their customer service or visit their message board, Naughty Country Club. They have issues once in awhile, but the customer service and tech team resolves it quickly in most cases. Good luck.

I have also had major problems with their biller. I also disagree about customer service, my experience has been hit or miss with them.

Hi Shasta, I am from the UK and tried to join last year. I received my username and password approval but could not gain access to the site. After MANY attempts I e-mailed their support team who fully
re-funded my subscription with no quibbles. Has anyone else from the UK tried successfully?
