Could you please elaborate on the $10 being charged to your credit card?
In some cases they only do that to verify your card and give the money back almost instantly. Could this be the case here as well?

There was a charge of $1 made and then there was another charge of $9.47 made. Doing some looking around, that $9.47 is possibly for fan club status. Thing is.... I never signed up for any fan clubs. As for verifying my credit card and giving the money back, Its been just over a week now and I havent seen any money credited to my credit card.
Id also like to note that when I tried emailing their customer service to cancel, I got a automatic message saying that they dont have either my credit card OR login info on file and asked me to login as a new user.
