The support doesn't exist.

I became a member on April 2, and canceled a contract yesterday.
EPOCH was used for the contract.
After having canceled a contract, I became impossible log in at once.
My membership must still be effective.
I sent mail to the support of the site.
However, their addresses were invalid.

Webmaster 		There are THREE ways to solve the problem:

1. You can always reset your password using this link:
http://my18teens.com/reset.php
That takes about 2 minutes.

2. And you can always send support request to clients@my18teens.com , we reply quite quick.

3. Finally, don't forget that there is a billing support, they also can issue new password for you.

Please use reset password link or contact us (email above).

The support exists in the site, and it functions.

However, it is true that log in was refused suddenly after I cancel a contract.

You should not do the same thing.
