Status: Current Member for less than 1 month (at the time of review).
Pros: Lots of potentially excellent content.
You'll only blow $10 trying it out.
Cons: The quality is TERRIBLE. Not just bad, but purposely terrible. They really want you to buy DVDs. Crappy, streaming-only content. They also have only a subset of Vivid content, and there are no dates and no date sorting, so you can't tell if a video is new or from 1998.
Bottom Line: To me, it doesn't matter how good the content is if you can't see it. Its 2007 and there is no excuse for such poor quailty videos. New content actually has LOWER quality than some of the older stuff. They lowered their price and the quality at the same time. As far as I'm concerned, I might just as well have crumpled up a $10 bill and threw it out the window.

Follow-Up:
As a follow-up, I'm receviing a tremendous amount of SPAM from the address given to the vivid.com site. I use different yahoo addresses for each sign-up, so I'm certain that they are the ones who gave out the address. So drop another 10pts from the review.

 Drooler (218) I agree. And having a full-screen view is like asking us: "Would you like to see it as a larger, completely mottled mess?"

Plus they're full-length movies, streaming only. You can't foward in search of scenes. Try that and it just breaks down. They could have at least offered separate scenes.

I joined because I just had to see the Monique Alexander content, of which there's lots, and she is a sight to behold, but I can't sit around doing busywork waiting for a sex scene in a movie, only to view it in either that tiny window or "full blown."

They don't even bother to zip their pic files, either. Grrrrr.

Hey, maybe now I'll buy some of their DVDs!

 PinkPanther (44) I totally agree - and at the time I was a member - a year or more ago - you weren't even able to save pics. That's a complete deal-killer to me - and the pics available through Freeones are better quality than the pics on Vivid's site. I don't get it! I truly don't get it!
