Download Speed renders site useless

Not only is the download speed so bad to make the videos unwatchable (they stick one frame every five seconds), when downloaded the quality goes from accepetable to blurry with the screen filled with artifacts. Tried it on two different computers, one on DSL and the other on cable, no change.

 Jeffrey99 (27) Are you downloading or streaming? Sounds to me like your streaming the video. If your actually downloading, sounds like the video file is messed up. But either way, I don't see how download speed would affect the quality of the video.
