Pros:

Webmaster has fixed up most of my issues. All seems great now.
Download speeds have been very good.

Webmaster was very responsive to my download issue and has repaired the defect. You can now download and browse at the same time. I really like that they responded to my complaint and corrected.

Was able to sign up with no billing problem
Download speed is pretty good for me.

I have found some videos to have a very good bitrates and resolution resulting in good quality viewing.

Has many picture sets and some videos to match. Looks like a number of pages of content.

Cons:

Videos - Some videos have very good quality but sometimes are hard to find. There is not a description on the videos what kind of quality format you are about to download. For the most part they are just marked WMV. Some videos have lower overall quality. Videos vary in sharpness, lighting, and content. An indication of video resolution would be nicer.

Nav and Web pages - Seems better now but it could use improvements. Like the update page does not take you to the current model picture/video set. Some picture sets do not have a return out of the slide presentation. However seeing how improvements are being made to the site I would expect that gets fixed soon!

Bottom Line:

Things are much better here now that the browsing problem is resolved. Webmaster is responsive to customer needs so I expect improvements. Seems like there are a number of nice resolution videos but you have to search over many lower resolution videos. If your a member try making a quick play of the video first to tell what resolution your going to download. Lots of zipped picture sets.

The one download freezing issue is FIXED already. Users are able to launch multiple downloads and surf at the same time with a smile on their faces.	02-05-10 10:36am Reply To Message
