Status: Current Member for less than 1 month (at the time of review).
Pros: Amazing amount of content. Exclusive content I could not find anywhere else. This is the only place I've been able to find all of Hitomi Tanaka's who has really outrageously large boobs.

Great search engine, allows you to search by every fetish!
Plenty of different download formats, although DivX is my personal favorite

Downloads are fast

When the site works, it is SUPER easy to browse. Search by model, fetish (they have a TON of fetishes), or by movie.
Cons: Right now the biggest problem is the site's speed. This is a recent issue, I believe, but totally unacceptable. It takes almost 2 minutes for a page to load! This makes browsing impossible. Before the site gave me database timeout errors, but it seems they have increased the timeout which just means my browser loads forever. This is the number one reason I am giving the site such a poor rating. They acknowledged the problem on their blog but have done nothing to fix it. The downloads themselves are still fast. **EDIT: The issues are resolved after 10 days... no refund of time lost or extension of membership even after submitting a complaint.**

Other small cons:

Zero uncensored content. Other primarily censored sites at least offer a tiny bit of uncensored content, but actionjav has none.

daily download limit is pretty unreachable, but I still don't like having a ceiling, even if I can't hit it.
Bottom Line: This site would be excellent if it weren't for the terribly slow site access. Two minutes per page load is totally unacceptable. There is a massive amount of unique content with great formats, video previews and detailed information.

 PinkPanther (44) Yes, I let my subscription lapse because of the navigation issues, which started for me at the point when they adjusted their membership from 2 options to one. They also revamped their fetish search function at that point and for whatever reason their navigation went to Hell.

2 minutes for pages to load is no exaggeration. They need to fix this problem. It's a great site and the move to one mode of subscription was a good one.

 jbgild (2) I decided to rejoin the site today. Wish I'd checked out your review before rejoining, cause right now the site SUCKS big time. It takes 3-4-5 minutes to load a page, which is totally unacceptable.
The content is great and there's a truckload of it, but the site has to do something about the problems NOW, cause it's a waste of time and money to be a member right now.

I would definitely recommend e-mailing their c/s or Support of whatever they've got - don't just sit and steam about the navigation if it's getting even worse.

I would gladly send them a support request except that to do this, it requires submitting a ticket on their site which now hardly loads. I can't get the support page to load! That's how bad it is! They have no contact email.

Also, they are aware of the issue as they stated in their blog but it has been well over a week with no fix.

As soon as the site gets fast enough for me to send a support request I will be requesting either a partial refund or a free extension of my membership.
