Customer Support?

I have been waiting for a coherent response from Customer Support for two weeks.

Sent them one reminder a few days ago.

Not impressed.

Given up.

Mostly I join a website because I'm in search for my favorite girl, see

Via my search on the net, I found a tip that pics + video were to be found at this site, so I became member.
However, the video is of bad quality (seems to be a encoding problem according to somebody I asked).
Therefore I contacted the webmaster to have a look at this, and of course fix it. Since I was a paying member, I expected some service.
I waited 14 months, wrote 10 mails via the online helpdesk (got 1 answer), paid more than $400 and have no video.
-> I reported it to the bank during cancellation.

In short, I don't have the one thing I wanted, had no service and found nothing else that really caught my eye.

The sets are pretty exclusive -I haven't seen them on other sites. So this is another problem.
-> So if somebody knows their supplier, their adult content store or has tips to get the video after all, please post.
