banned instantly

I signed up for a year membership and was banned instantly. The tech support said it was because a multiple login ips (20 at the same time) under my old account with same cc number. It got straightened out but I wonder if it is because of using a download manager. I went close to a year without problems and in the past couple months have been banned twice prompting me to think the changed something.

 rome476 (0) I had a similar situation, except they couldn't fix it and they refunded the rest of my subscription (it had worked for 2 months). Maybe it is connected to download managers. I was using Free Download Manager.
