I really do not like it when sites do this. It makes me feel like there is too much possibility of the cancellation not going through and getting billed again. I much prefer the direct cancel link method.

Me, too, though this time they responded in under 24 hours to confirm cancellation.
If they simply set up the entire billing process, sign up to cancel, before launching the site, well, you know, I'm always thinking ... ;)

As much as I like Eve Angel - I do NOT like that kind of billing deal/policy - that alone will keep me from joining...thanks for the warning. (just saw this now when looking at the latest review)
