I have no experience with this site or DownThemAll, but I know FreeDownloadManager has a message pop up that will tell you that a particular server doesn't allow a download to be resumed. I've seen it before, although not in a while. It's not a DTA problem - it's the server from the site.

I used to have some connection problems yesterday which caused my downloads in Firefox to stop. After a restart of Firefox the downloads resumed without any problem.
