Confused

I am a bit confused about the site. I looked around for a while and I looked at the video section which seemed to be all user submitted stuff. If this a social site or a softcore porn site with a strong community around it? Are all the shots made by similar people or do people just update their own photo sets?

Also as a fan of videos is there any purpose in joining? I read pinkpanter's review and I'm just curious if things changed since then.

Finally how easy is the navigation of the site? My partner might be interested in the content but she is pretty computer illiterate. The tag thing sounds cool but are there any other similar options?

 uscue (39) I haven't been a member of Suicide Girls in a few years, but from when I was a member, there is very little reason to join from a video standpoint. Obviously that may have changed the past few years, but in all honesty Suicide Girls is more of a social network of people that enjoy the alt lifestyle. The actual "Suicide Girls" (the ones with photosets) are members of the social network but also amateur/professional models. Most photosets are done by professional photogs.

From a purely porn standpoint, this isn't really that type of site. It's more geared towards interaction with all the other users as well as the girls. Think myspace for adults that love tattoos, piercings and other erotica (though not like those fake adult dating sites that claim that tag).

 PinkPanther (44) It's good as a social-networking site and it's good as a pic-lovers site - good, unique photography of tattooed and pierced women - lots of it. Vids - I still have never seen 1 single vid on this site worth watching.
