lots of technical problems and NO customer support

I joined Red Tube Premium several months ago, and within days the site turned into Video Box. Apparently Video Box bought them out. I can't log in to the actual Video Box site though, only the former Redtube site, but the seem identical. In any case, I have massive technical problems with Video Box. Every single time I use the site, several videos will not play. I click on them and then nothing--just loading, loading, loading forever. No matter how long I wait, they never start--sometimes this will happen to 7 or 8 videos in a row. Also, when you try to add a video to your favorites folder nothing happens. Also, many of the videos are upside down.

What's really annoying though is that several emails to customer service have ALL been TOTALLY ignored. I have never received any answer to any email. This could be a good site, but I don't like to be treated like shit, so I won't renew and will stick with VideosZ which is just as good pornwise and MUCH better thechnically.

 exotics4me (463) I've had technical issues with VB as well. One thing you can try if you are streaming videos is to clear your cookies out. I would recommend CCleaner's software for that. I think they have had other problems with streaming as well. Doesn't seem like they've had that option for that long.

As far as the emails, I've been there with VB as well. I've sent probably 6-7 over the years and never received an answer to any of them. My guess is they have gotten too big for their own good. Not enough staff to give good customer support. I still rate the site high though. My problem comes when downloading videos, I will maybe 1 out of 10 videos that I try to download, get a screen that says something happened to the server and the system is notifying a backup server, "Try again later". Good luck with getting an answer, though you never know, posting here could bring an answer since the VB webmaster (Jeepster) has been active here at times.

Thanks. I'll try clearing the cookies. I never thought of that. There's no excuse for there total lack of customer support.

 Lionheart (47) It's a shame when a great site lacks good customer service, I joined VB awhile ago never really encountered any problems hopes everything works out for you.
